The company was great. Sent photo and name and ETA prior to arrival. Were conscientious about maintaining Covid precautions. Explained everything prior to doing it. Very thorough, efficient, personable and professional. I recommend wholeheartedly.

The job was done in a timely manner and works great

Brandon & Adam di an amazing job. They work hard for 5.5 hours. They made sure they asked us what we wanted when issues came up or decisions needed to be made. They also made sure to protect our newly installed hardwood floors and stairs. They were kind and contentious. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Went well the first day (5/5/2020) Mr. Stambaugh was alone it turned out to be a two man job next morning (5/6/2020) bright and early Jesus and Cooper arrived to finish there was a slight glitch but was handled professionally all three men were very polite and professional.Mr. Stambaugh on the first day explained every detail to our understanding his quote was a little higher than the others but his experience came through. We will diffidently use them again.

Went well. I have used them multiple times. They come out and are always dependable and professional. i have worked with Taylor Irik, who is excellent. Ariana Maciel who came out (corona virus time) and had gloves, a face mask and booties and armed with her own lysol. And lastly I have also worked with Jesus Gopar who was very patient with me and answering all my questions. They are very very professional.

Showed up quickly. Very friendly and professional. Got the leak fixed and did work to prevent it from happening in the future.

Ariana arrived within 30 min.s of our first call and did a very good job of confirming the problem and performing the repair. We have used Dependable a few times now including the replacement of our main sewer line. Dependable isn’t the lowest cost vendor, but they do excellent work and it is very good value. Will definitely ise them again.

Javier and Angel came out and snaked the drain after going under the house and verifying that the laundry drain was actually 2" and not 1.5". They also provided me with pictures of where the cast iron and galvanized sewer pipe under the house has previously been spliced with ABS and gave an estimate of what it would cost to replace all the old sewer lines. They did not push that work on me, though -- they said the lines still looked good for now. They stuck around to wait for the washer to complete a rinse cycle to make sure the problem was solved, which I appreciate.

The tech (Ariana Maciel) arrived earlier than originally planned! She did a fine job assessing the problem and resolving it, as well as offered a plan for further improvements if I choose to do them. I appreciated her thoroughness and persistence.

The plumber walked me through the pricing before starting the work, and installed the new disposal and faucet in a timely manner. He did a good job cleaning up after the job, and the work has held up ever since.

Our experience with Ariana and Angel was very enjoyable. Ariana was knowledgeable to answer all of my questions and then some. They were capable of laughable conversations while maintaining a high level of professionalism which was greatly appreciated. The work was done professionally and at a fair price. I was especially impressed by the work performed by Ariana Maciel. She was very helpful in explaining what she would do to solve the problem, and her work was efficient and quick. She also looked at a couple of possible future projects that I need to consider, and her diagnosis of problems and solutions offered were clear and set at a reasonable price, especially as compared to local competition.

Taylor was on time, professional and upfront about costs of services/repairs. He was able to use a snake to unclog our toilet despite my toddler's best efforts (apparently flushed a 3" round pencil sharpener down toilet). Taylor was surprised he was able to get it out, normally it would have been a larger repair (replace toilet). Thanks Taylor for providing your A game and saving us a lot of time/money. We appreciate it!

Ariana arrived on time as scheduled by the office and she clearly communicated that they work on a specific repair menu and not hourly. It is a better approach because we want the issue fixed and not keep adding variable items later. She quoted the price (and the visit fees which was pre-specified before I made the appt). Our powder room toilet floor boards were bulging out due to some moisture which we were unable to find. She took clear pictures as she disassembled the toilet and explained the issue and how she was fixing it. She also explained there would be a need to do a future fix for the flange being below our wood floor level. And provided a quote for future reference. She was very professional and ensured everything was left clean in the end. Though they may be a bit pricey, the work is very professional. Will definitely hire again!

They extend the copper and fixed the issue , which was an incorrectly connected pex . They were quick and efficient.
