Sean was honest and gave me pricing for tankless water heater, water filter, and kitchen drain pipe replacement. He did not rush, and he explained everything.

They didn't find much, but they made recommendations for things I could improve.

The technician came in and relighted the pilot. However , he charged me $150 for relighting the pilot over and above the Diagnostic service fee of $89. The technician was courteous. He lighted the pilot as part of his diagnosis. I feel that I have been overcharged.

Great. This was an introductory deal to replace an outside faucet. Landscapers had recently left the backyard's faucet in disrepair, so this was a very convenient way to find a new plumber. I will definitely call them back.

I bought a coupon-- $40 for and hour of plumbing work. The plumber was a nice guy and arrived on time, but he said he had no idea how to fix the problem, and instead quoted me a price to replace the *entire* faucet. The base price was something like $250 for a basic faucet that they'd supply and it went up from there for nicer faucets. (Note: They price by the job, not by the hour, which can either be good or bad depending on the job and the skill of the plumber.) Anyway, I told him I'd think about it. The next day I called Whitehaus and their very nice customer support lady told me it was a bad seal, ordered replacement parts for me (3 new seals because she couldn't determine by phone exactly which seal it was) and sent me instructions to make the very simple repair myself. Total cost $5 including shipping. I really wish I'd called them before I hired this plumber.

The technician brian was very professional and knowledgeable about company services. There was a little confusion with the disposal model based on company customer service lady. Brian had to figure it out. He was great.

Very well. Cecilia was punctual, professional, helpful, explained everything clearly, and gave useful advice. I like that they send you a text that she was on the way with a picture of the person ahead of time. I used the $99 coupon from Angie's List for $200 credit so this was helpful, but otherwise $400 seemed high although I haven't hired a plumber recently so I don't know what usual rates are.

I got the coupon, they came by and then gave me a quote. It was around $200 and the job took about 30-40 minutes. I am glad they had the part available in the truck, but I felt it was expensive. I really did not need a plumber, a handy man could have probably handled this job for less.

The plumber had the means of removing the old part & put in my new part. It took him less than 15 minutes.

All went very well. I received a new combination smoke/ CO2 alarm installed.

Good. Camera operator knowledgeable and very polite.

They were very fast and prompt. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and correct it. Overall, very happy with the service and the company.

At 9:30 a.m., we discovered a leak under a sink. I found a rusted pipe fitting and got on Angie's List to find a plumber. This is the only place that picked up right away when I called. We had our plumber in the house by 11:45 and were done by 12:15. The plumber also gave scheduled to do some work on some of our other plumbing that wasn't as critical. We were very happy with every aspect of the service and price.

The plumber, a lady, came on time. The completed all the work quickly and efficiently. We used to do these jobs ourselves. But we are now very senior Citizen. So we truly appreciated the work of this friendly and helpful plumber lady. I would highly recommend this company.

They sent two different people. The first guy was great. The second guy, I didn't like at all. He was very unpleasant. The job ended up being done; it was fixed but he was just very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Basically wanted to get my Sink Aerator replaced and the appointment was schedule quickly. The communication with the company was good. But when I got a quote to replace the Sink Aerator, which was for labor and material around $500. I asked for the breakdown, they said it would be $250 labor and $200 Sink Aerator. I told them it only costs $80 for a new sink aerator and suggested I would buy it for them. They agreed, the technician showed up after couple of days and called me and said the electrical cable was missing and to connect it it would be additional $100 labor. I told them that is ridiculous to charge $350 labor to put a simple sink aerator.

I called twice. Both times I was told that a technician will contact me. The second time, after complaining that I never heard from the technician, the girl that answered the phone said that this time she will have the manager call me back in no more than 30 minutes. So, I lived without a toilet and let them waste about a week of my time because I believed the name of the company. May be they are dependable in other ways, like answering your call promptly and giving you the answer you want to hear. Unfortunately, that does not help when nobody follows up after. Finally, I called somebody else, who was not from DEPENDABLE Rooter and Plumbing, that came in the very next morning and finally installed my new toilet.

Really well. Mariah the CSR contacted me in within 24 hours to arrange for an appointment that met my schedule. Brian the technician, arrived promptly, was well mannered, neat and did an exemplary job. He took care of my water heater and educated me on things to keep an eye on. He then preformed a very, very thorough inspection of all the plumbing in my home, providing me a complete checklist of all the work performed and recommendations for tasks I might want to have performed in the future. He was not pushy like a sales person and approached things in a simple forthright manner. As I was extremely busy, he offered to have his boss call me back to explain a couple of the suggestions. While he was here I asked him to provide a quote for some additional work. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. The will not be the low cost provider. If one is looking for that, look elsewhere. I believe that these guys are worth every penny.

It turned out pretty good. They were pretty good. The word they ended up doing was great. The only thing that didn't work quit was I wanted to replace a push pull valve in the shower, which is pretty easy to change and he came back with a $2000 estimate. So I told him I would pass on that.

The pricing is just outrageous. I think it's because they do more commercial work than residential. They really don't give you a break. They charge me almost $700 just to replace a toilet. I can go and buy a toilet and get it done for $300. I don't know why they were so expensive.

Excellent work and I'm so pleased. They were kind, courteous (wore shoe covers since we don't wear shoes in the house) and efficient. I wanted a specific type of fixture and they were able to provide and install in same day. Andrew was very nice and accommodating and his technicians did a great job.

They showed up on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. I liked that they put shoe covers on without my asking as I try to keep shoes near the front door. Not all tradesmen do that. I had picked up the part beforehand so it was a straight installation. Did a great job. I would hire them again.

We bought the "$79 for $200 Credit Toward Plumbing Services" deal. Mariah was the first point of contact at Dependable, and she was super gracious and accommodating of schedules. Mike showed up early on the first day, assessed the situation by accessing the crawlspace under the house and taking photos, and both he and Steve were excellent diagnosticians and technicians. Prompt, polite, and trustworthy. Both of them kept us updated and informed about each step (with more photos and clear explanations.) It was a 3-day fix, involving the cutting and replacing of extremely blocked outgoing pipes. Although the pricing was much more than we originally expected (and more than the other plumbing companies we had contacted first), Mike's honesty and advice and care taking were exemplary, and that made us choose Dependable. Steve's methodical, conscientious repairs were just as exemplary. They did an outstanding job. The drains are working just as they should (no more zoo bellowing pipes, either.) We would definitely hire them again.

We did not have them do the repair. We purchased "The Deal" advertised on Angie's List at $89.00. This included the service call and "a 50.00 credit for any necessary repairs." The person who called us was very unprofessional on the phone. He quoted us $248.00 to replace a toilet flapper seat. I can replace a complete toilet for that amount. That is a ridiculous amount for this service. My wife called the office and they did refund our pre-purchase package amount of $89.00, and I will say that the office person was very pleasant and apologetic to my wife. I do appreciate that. This may be a bad field tech employee issue only, but he did not represent this company at all well. Ultimately my brother in-law purchased the part for under 20.00 and installed it in 20 minutes.
