Quite well. Very have with the plumber and his service

Needed a new valve and it was a unique one but he went out and got it. I am happy that he went to the extent of getting the right parts. The price is inclusive of parts and it was a reasonable deal with the 99 for 200 offer. Otherwise I'd consider this (and all plumbing jobs) expensive.

not good but did repair the facet in the back it now does not work. See above for things that were done that did not need to be done

He quoted me a price that was three times the normal price for installing a faucet. It was a waste of my time and I felt he was really trying to gauge me.

I only dealt with the scheduler but they were very professional, enough so that I will call them again in the future.

First he wanted to charge double of what the I had purchased from Angie's list and when I showed him the receipt he tried to give me some kind of an explanation that made no sense. Then he agreed to the price that was quoted $54 for the inspection. He found a leak in the water heather. Then he quoted me a price that was double of what I found online for a water heathers replacement. Needless to say we did not ask him to change the water tank and went with Home Depot who replaced the thank the following morning.

Well. True to their name, they were very dependable. Responded quickly and very considerate and informed. Good experience.

These guys aren't just dependable - on time, very communicative - they also truly understand customer service. The work done was exceptional.

He gave me a high bid for a faucet replacement just to fix the stop. My handyman fixed it in 10 minutes. He was nice and charming but I dont know if he just didn't know how to fix the problem or if he was trying to take advantage of me.

It went great. The tech was professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonable in their fees.

They did a good job, they were thorough and diligent and got the work done. The seem to have the skills necessary to take care of plumbing issues. The owner actually came out to check on the work of the person doing the job.

I liked that. That worked out pretty darn good. They did a good job on that, and were very professional. I got my money's worth on that.

The scheduler was excellent very personable. The problem was their inability to keep the appointment that was set by the scheduler due to work load issues. I had to wait til the next day after being scheduled 3 days out from the call to unplug my sink. It took the plumber less than 30 minutes to clear the sink. the plumber did his job well . The manager only charged what I had paid for with no extra cost because of the delays. This was great customer service. The normal cost for this repair was normally 120.00. If I hadn't gotten the coupon from Angies' list . This would have been totally unexceptable for the cost.

plumber cam out and said it was not included in 99 special and it was going to cost 248.00 but he would take off the 99 I all ready paid. He said he had to remove the p trap. I told him I would remove the p trap. I told him I was not going pay that. He went and called his boss and lowered it to 148.00. I accepted that because I had all ready paid 99. This is not a good company to use and I will have hard time using Angie's list again.

Dependable Rooter sent me a text picture of the plumber scheduled as a confirmation. Dragan showed up on time, explained the problem and the solution, gave me pricing before the work was done and completed the work quickly. He was great to work with and I plan to use Dependable Rooter in the future. Good experience.

It went smoothly. Sean knew what he was doing. He moved my fridge to install it and came back a few days later when I thought my ice maker wasn't working. The water heater was expensive because they only carry AO Smith and Bradford White, more expensive brands.

Good work, he did what needed to done, would call the company again ,if need.

Andy did not even tell me that the entire unit cannot be installed. After doing the job he said he cannibalized few things here and there from the new unit and plugged it into the the old unit. He said it should do the job. If he merely took pieces here and there he should have reduced the price. He charged me to fix the entire unit but then retrofitted the old unit with pieces from the new one. Just unfair. Very disappointed with the service. I expressed my disappointment. He further said that in case I need to clean the sink and unplug the popper I should call him. It it breaks I should replace the entire faucet. RIP-OFF. He should have told me about it before doing it. He hardly did anything to account for 350+ charge for an installation. He charges 350+ for a full installation but does an incomplete job. The popper is also not centrally aligned.

I sent these folks a contact request from their website. China responded quickly both by phone and email. She was very pleasant, listened and arranged for the tech to call me the next day. I sent a picture which was sent to a tech. Sean called in the morning was very polite. He saw the picture. I asked for an estimate he said off the top of his head it would be between $200 and $400 but he would have to look it up in his book. I asked him to do so and to please call me back. I also asked if I could use the current offer on Angie's list $99 for $200 worth of work. He said yes. When he call back he said the price would be $488. I declined to have the work done with them and will look for someone who can do it closer to the $145 price range. The people are nice, responsive, polite but their prices are above the top of the range suggested.

Phil emailed me about 15 minutes before his scheduled arrival. I had a shower faucet that was leaking and the cartridge needed to be replaced. Phil tried to remove the cartridge but it was stuck and would not come out. He gave me three choices- (a) put everything back together and the leak would remain, (b) keep pulling on the cartridge but if the pipe snapped off in the wall, I would need to do a shower replacement, (c) replace the whole faucet. I choose to replace the faucet. Another plumber, Dragon, came to do the work. He had to expand the hole in the shower to get to the pipes the needed to be replaced. Dragon sawed a bigger hole in shower, installed new piping, added a new plate to cover the expanded hole in the shower, installed the new faucet and shower head, and cleaned up after the installation. Also, each time Phil and Dragon left the house to get something from their truck, when the came back into the house, they would put on a pair of booties so they would not track dirt through the house. The job took about three hours. I did not get another quote for the job because I used the coupon offer from Angie's list so I do not know how the price would compare to other plumbers.
