Description of Work: Replaced the water heater. They carry expensive water heaters, OC Smith, so hopefully will last a long time. After installation the water heater was making some strange noises; they came out quickly to check it out (had stopped) and the company also called me.

Description of Work: I have a clogged drain in the house and called them to set up an appointment. They gave me a window three hours later in the day and I waited. 30 minutes before the window ended I got a call saying that they weren't going to be able to make it at all that day. I'm very frustrated now and need to find another plumber before everyone closes.
