+ -1 moreThis guy is really good. I've got a bunch of friends who use him because we've recommended him. The reason he's a little less expensive is that he doesn't have a workshop. He comes to your home. Occasionally, he has to take your computer away, but usually he can fix it right there, so he doesn't have overhead as far as having to keep a workshop to repair. He works out of his home, which is really good. He's really reliable. He's really good on time. If he tells you he'll be there at a certain time, he's there. He's just a really great guy.
Description of Work: He fixed something on my husband's computer.

+ -1 moreThis guy is really good and deserves an "A" all around. He's really good. I have recommended him to several friends and they all say the same thing. I tell my friends he's really good and they call him and they agree.
Description of Work: We somehow had two firewalls on there and they were "arguing" with one another so he had to take one of them off.

+ -1 moreStephen Boose spoke with me over the phone and came to pick up the computer, explaining what needed to be done and he expected to have it returned to me within two days. He did as he said that he would and delivered the computer back to our home.
Description of Work: Our computer had a bogus anti virus malware on board that could not be removed and was overtaking our system.

He is very knowledgeable about PCs, has a very admirable personality, and will respond to a call within one or two days; almost to the minute of the appointed time! He gave me credit for some parts of my old PC during the upgrade and refurbishment of the old PC. You can count on him for quality service.
Description of Work: Built a PC clone for me and upgraded my old PC for my wife.
