Very quick response time. Flexible scheduling. Professional, courteous, and affordable. I appreciate that they actually repaired my A/C and didn't try to sell me a new unit. I would use them again.

The estimator arrived on time (Friday AM) and was very friendly, however, he admitted that he couldn't perform the estimate but a member of their commercial team would do it. He took measurements and promised a response by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I never heard from them.

Their technicians are very capable. They have never sent anyone out here, who was not excellent mechanically. They do not try to up-sell. They have maintain our system in great working order.They are fast, neat, never leave an mess. Great quality organization. They are definitely not the cheapest.

It went well. They did it all in an single day. Being an current customer, they will bend over backwards for you. When we knew we needed an new unit, it was an couple weeks, and the job was done.

Did the whole thing in two-three days. Two days for the duct work, and after they finished, an separate contractor came in, and blow in the extra insulation in the attic.

Everything went well. The system will go anytime, and I will definitely give them first try on replacement. I trust them.

It went pretty good until it came time for my first year of routine maintenance/inspection. I was told the first year would be included in the 16K contract price, but apparently, that was an empty promise. I am deeply disappointed. I had hoped to keep Brower Mechanical on as my "go to" HVAC company. As a matter of principle this simply isn't an option. My advice, make sure you get all promises in writing. Handshakes and spoken words are useless here.

wonderfully....told us it would be 2 days and they were finished b4 lunch of the 2nd day. Plus they discovered two canned lites that had no safety box in the attic....a fire hazard. We had a electrician to install those!! Anyway, they also added more smoke alarms as well as a CO2 monitor at no extra cost to me.

From the first meeting to discuss the size of HVAC and solar systems all staff were professional, punctual, and courteous. Both parts of the job were completed in a timely manner. Final inspection of both systems went smoothly, with one small item corrected in a day or two. Both systems have been working flawlessly for over a year - summer and winter. The net cost reflects rebates from our electric and gas companies.

I have used Brower Mechanical for HVAC for my duplex for several years, and have been quite satisfied. I have a three year maintenance contract to perform biannual inspections and routine maintenance on my home and my adjacent rental. They offer 1, 3, and 5 year plans with appropriate discounts for longer terms I find their plans to be comprehensive and costs are pretty much standard to the industry. I find the technicians to be prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. On most visits they find something that needs repair or replacement that is not included in the contract. The provide a thorough explanation, a cost and the severity of the problem. There are never any scare tactics or pressure to perform the work at that time, unless it presents an imminent danger , which is rare. I am given the option to have the work performed at that time or wait to have it done when the part fails, at which time it is performed at a discounted rate provided for in the maintenance agreement, Being technically minded, I am continually impressed that their technicians are always using the latest techniques and equipment that maximize the efficiency of my equipment. In short, fair price, on time, and work performed as promised.

I reviewed several HVAC companies on Angies List and based on the number of reviews and content of the reviews I selected Brower Mechanical. The technicians arrived within the time window provided by the service dept. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival. I received a friendly greeting and handshake by both techs. They listened patiently while I provided a brief history of the unit, age and previous troubles/problems. They seemed appreciative of the information and went about their business. After completing the unit inspection and service they inspected the ducts and found four that, in their opinion, need replacing. I have been in the attic before and their inspection confirmed what I had seen earlier. We discussed a recurring problem I have had with the inducer vacuum nipple becoming plugged. The technician made some suggestions that could be implemented when and if I decide to replace a noisy inducer motor. At this time I have made an appointment to have the four ducts replaced. While making this appointment I mentioned how satisfied I was with the technician that performed the inspection/service and was asked if I would like to have this technician assigned for future service visits. I, of course jumped at the idea. I find this action very refreshing and a legitimate sign/trait of a company that is focused on complete customer satisfaction.

It goes well. This is the fourth year I have used them.

I was not able to proceed with their estimate due to conflict of schedule. The renters needed the work done immediately as it was summer time and I will be out of the country for couple of weeks at that time so I had to get another contractor that fit our schedules. Mike provided me the estimate I needed with pictures included and also lots of information about the damaged ducting. If I was not pressed with time I would have closed the deal with Mike as he was very professional and was able to make contact with him right away and felt no pressure and easy to talk to.

They came out immediately and ordered a part which took a day to come in. Within two days the job was complete. They were also able to answer all my question and made suggestion on how improve my system and make it more efficient. I've been using their services for four years. They have excellent customer service and I would recommend their services to others.

Brower has been great. I feel they are very honest and i trust them. They come bi annually and service our furnace and air conditioner.

Brower Mechanical, Inc. gave a ridiculous bid. Their bid for removing the old air ducts alone was $5,000.00 more or something. It was crazy expensive. I don't understand it. He was also trying to sell me a whole new heating and air conditioning unit. My husband and I are not quite clear on the estimate. It wasn't very clear. He kind of bounced all over the place. I told my husband when he calls back, I want to tell him to email us something that's a little bit more clear. He was really pushing that the work with the Energy Audit, which is great, but I was just dumbfounded by the fact that they use the same insulation of this other company was $5,000.00 more for the same thing. And, other companies were going to sanitize the air ducts, but they weren't. He was very punctual and friendly. He was very informative, of course. I did like that they worked with HUD to help people make their homes more energy efficient. That's important, I think. But like I said, just the fact that they were so much more expensive for the same thing - I was very disappointed by that.
