I looked them up on Angie's list, called the company and they responded the next day, found the problem and repaired it then and there. Office personnel was friendly and efficient.

It has been very good. We had some problems but they came out and fixed them.

I got estimates from 6 companies. The estimate from Brower was very detailed and provided several options with a justification for each. When I had questions (and I had lots of questions) the rep was willing to talk to me as often as I required to give me a sense of his knowledge and to make me feel comfortable. It was actually one of the most reasonable estimates I received. The office and sales staff were very open and knowledgeable. The the workers were considerate and explained everything in detail. The furnace was replaced in one day and I have no complaints. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Offered a good price, did not try an sell us things we did not need. Took lots of time to answer questions and address concerns. Installers were great - showed up on time and were quick and professional. Even took away a tree branch they had to trim for the A/C. They took a lot of time to answer questions and be sure we understood maintenance. A couple of small annoyances. They promised me a filter for the unit that they did not provide. Also was a time mix-up about when the sales rep was to get to our house and took several calls and some frustration to find out what was going on. After that I called at least 2-3 times with questions and he always got back to me very promptly.

The rep spent a good 2 hours checking our unit and then wrote up an extensive list of repairs that totaled about $1600. He recommended replacing our 15 yr old unit and promptly got his manager on the line so I could be set up for an estimate. I made an appt for later that week. We decided to get a 2nd opinion and called another company. We had a bad control board and part of the wiring had been messed up on an earlier service visit by another company. The total cost came to $325. (A big savings over a new unit!!)

He was amazing and he went beyond our expectations. He showed up on time and was very thorough with the checking everything out. Our system is under warranty, so there was no charge.

Things went very well. The pipe is now working again and the carpet is no longer wet. Repairman discovered another problem wit the air ducts in the house and returned to fix than the next week.

It was amazing how they removed the old unit and disposed of it. They did an excellent job because they did not mess up my roof. They were very speedy. It only took them one day to do everything. It was very interesting. They were very professional and respectable. I was extremely pleased with the way they installed my new unit. I was also very happy with the price.

EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. TECHNICIAN KNEW HIS STUFF. I ALSO SIGNED UP FOR ROUTINE INSPECTIONS 2 TIMES A YEAR.

I chose this company for this service because they had the best price. I really liked that during the installation they were very safety conscience. The sales representative also did not try to sell me things that I did not need. It was easy to get in touch with them and they were very reliable as well.

As soon as I realized they were going to charge me $1444 for two hours of work I wanted to talk to the manager. Naturally, ever time I called he was busy or on the telephone. Anyway, I paid the money, but I will never use them again and I do not recommend them to anyone. As long as everything works great they were fine, but when something goes wrong they will exploit the situation--in my opinion.

I worked with Mark Ross, the sales manager. I think I must have done more research and asked him more questions than most people do. He was very patient and not in the least condescending. I had one company that would not schedule an appointment unless my husband agreed to be present. Needless to say, they didn't get a call back. Everyone was on time and professional. The job took nearly two full days and they provided space heaters though we didn't need them. Only problem was a small sticky spot (black tape) on the carpet in front of the air handler door which came out with Goof Off. I called the three references they gave me and they were all very happy with their units and the installation/installers. So are we! The price was higher than other units, but we bought the best unit for the money and, I'm confident we won't have any problems for many years. We will have Brower do the service for the unit.

From start to finish the job went smoothly. Mark Ross was the sales manager who came out to give us a bid. He was very courteous, actually showed up earlier than expected, and instead of just ringing the doorbell he called to inform us that he was in the area but wouldn't intrude if we weren't ready for him. He explained some of the technical terms regarding heating and air (such as the meaning of the SEER rating and explained that we shouldn't focus on getting the highest SEER rating model if our usage didn't warrant it. His practical approach struck an honest chord and we were pleasantly surprised when his bid came in the lowest out of 6 contractors. When the actual time of installation came close the company called us ahead of time to let us know that they needed an extra day to get some parts for extending the new unit. We appreciated being kept informed. Surprisingly, they don't expect payment until after the job passes inspection.

REPRESENTATIVE ARRIVED ON TIME, CALLING THAT HE WAS ON THE WAY. HE PRESENTED AS FRIENDLY, PLEASANT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE SYSTEM. EVEN THOUGH MINE IS NOT THE BRAND SOLD BY BROWER. HE WAS NOT THREATENED BY MY OBSERVING HIS WORK, AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR AT EACH STEP. MY UNIT IS OVER 20 YEARS OLD AND STILL IN GREAT SHAPE. HE SAID SO. NOT THE NORMAL YOU'VE GOT TO REPLACE THIS OLD THING TODAY. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN MY FIRST CHOICE IN SERVICE COMPANIES.

They did it very effectively. I am most pleased with their help.

THE SERVICE AT BROWER MECHANICAL WAS FINE. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS.

THIS COMPANY GAVE US SATISFACTION. THEY WERE HARDWORKING AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THE UNIT WOULDN'T WORK AFTER THE MOVE. THEY CAME BACK, FIXED IT AND DID NOT CHARGE US. THEY ALSO GAVE US TIPS TO KEEP IT EFFICIENT AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB INSTALLING MY NEW FURNACE. IT COST ME A LOT OF MONEY, BUT IT WAS REALLY WORTH IT. THEY GOT IT DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

OUR NEW AIR CONDITIONER WHICH WE USED DURING THE HOT SUMMER REALLY SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY. AND THE UNIT IS EXTREMELY QUIET AND EFFICIENT. NOW THAT THE WEATHER IS GETTING COLDER, WE HAVE SWITCHED TO USING THE HEATER WHICH IS ALSO VERY QUIET AND EFFICIENT.
