Description of Work: We had them do a detailed energy audit. The audit was completed as promised and we received a written report. The representative also provided us with four options of possible solutions to assist with energy usage issues. We have not yet decided which option makes the most sense for us. The audit was very informative and will help us make a decision regarding changes to our heating system.

Description of Work: A Brower technician came out to do service maintenance on our air conditioner in early summer and found a few things that needed fixing (capacitor was leaking and contactor was worn and burnt). The technician showed me exactly where the parts were and what they were doing. He gave me an estimate on replacing the parts. We had him come back (it was the same technician) and fix the problems. He was very prompt and the fee was exactly as he estimated. We have signed up with this company to have regular maintenance checks twice a year.

Description of Work: Estimate for replacing air ducts. Even though their price was a little higher we were impressed with how thorough they were. Seven years ago they replaced our complete HVAC system converting it from electric to gas and they bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. The new ducting gets installed mid July and will report back on that job

Description of Work: Brower Mechanical Inc. was suggested by the "Trane" service representative. I have my heating/air serviced twice a year & they have found instillation errors not covered by my warranty provided by "Trane".

Description of Work: Brower replaced a dual heating/air conditioning system for our home. The project was not simple, since the home is large and posed some complicated duct issues. The system installed was a large Trane combined system that has now been performing very satisfactorily in both hot and cold weather, for over six months, so I feel I can comfortably recommend Brower and the system to others.

Description of Work: Brower Mechanical Inc., was excellent! They under bid another competitor by half, and they provided more. I had two furnaces installed at half the cost another vendor was trying to charge me. They did was they said they would do, when they said they were going to install them, and they were professional. Want a fair price, and quality work, hire Brower!!!

Description of Work: New package unit and completely new duct work. They moved a gas line that was installed improperly and were very nice and clean around the house.
