Excellent product and escellent company. I had a couple friends recomend them after getting outrageous quotes from other vendors. From the first interaction with the quote through installation they were top notch. We do not have centeral air in our house, however our living room has easily dropped about 10 degrees. The installation team came out and were very professional, and my windows were done in a timely manner. If I could add 10 stars I would. Highly recomend Brothers. we will be doing door through them next.

Just wanna give credit when credit's due. 23 yrs ago I had Brothers replaced all my windows and patio doors with double pane glass. In the last 2yrs they replaced 2 of the patio door locks after they'd failed. This past winter of wind and rain caused a leak in a south-facing window. I was impressed that Tina of the home office contacted local Bay Area trouble-shooter Greg and that Greg came the same day to inspect. He ultimately caulked both the interior and the exterior of the window frame to resolve the problem. All this for a window installed 23 yrs ago. Brothers honored the warranty without any nudging from me. This is 5-star quality work and service! Do not hesitate choosing Brothers!

I just had all of my ratty old windows replaced yesterday. The new windows are beautiful. The best part of the purchase was the crew who installed the windows. They were absolutely professional and very quick. There was no back and forth chit-chat, nobody goofing off. The men all did their jobs and did perfect work. I cannot believe my house looks so good. I am beyond happy with Brothers Home Improvement. Oh, they replaced my windows on a previous house over 20 years ago. They did great work then and this is why I hired them again.

We had Brothers replace all of our windows in 2017. Multiple windows have leaked causing damage to the inside of our home and toxic mold. We have had numerous health issues due to this. They admit their windows leaked, however, they do not want to take responsibility for it. We have had to gut our entire house to remove all the mold in almost every room. This has flipped out lives upside down coding us money, time, and most importantly our health. They installed all of the windows correctly. I would not recommend Brother's home improvement.

This company is family-owned and operated. The representative came very prepared with sample windows, equipment for measurements, and information about the products available. The information was valuable as we also planned to paint the home. Jason let us know about the timeline for accurate measurements to product arrival. The windows were custom made for our home. The installation crew was efficient and respectful of us and our home. Communication was a key concern of this company also. Love our new windows. I would recommend brothers for windows to anyone.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because they left dirt on the kitchen counter and stove. The clean dishes that was close to the install were are dirty from the install. They dropped two screws on the floor which I found in the middle of the night with my bare feet. Also found small piece of vinyl on the floor which was cut from the window casings.

The price was very reasonable and the windows look great so far. However, the largest fromt window was damaged in shipping and had to be redone. Still waiting for the install on that one

I had 12+ windows and a balcony door installed. They handled my order professionally and did follow through as scheduled. All the employees from sales all the way to the installers know what they're doing and I'm pleased with the work. Just have one small miscommunication when I called Roc if there is a stopper for the windows, and he said he'll mail it to my home. I am still waiting. Otherwise, overall job well done.
