Windows were ready sooner than promised

Excellent. Answered all my questions. Re-worked my order several times. The measuring before installation was fast and informative. Installation was done in 6 hours for 3 sliders and 6 windows! The men were efficient and kept everything vacuumed ð wonderful experience and so glad I have new windows and doors!!!

We had an amazingly good experience with Brothers! When Mike Cavanaugh came to bid the job, he was professional, courteous and honest, and best of all, he, didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't want or need. We got a bunch of bids, and his was over $10,000 lower than the highest bid, for windows of the same rating. The windows were ready when promised. The Office Personnel worked with us on scheduling the install, and the installers were incredible! Alex was the team leader, and all 4 of the guys worked together like a well oiled machine. Those guys got 10 windows and a big sliding patio door replaced in just a few hours. They worked hard, were professional, and did a beautiful install job. The windows look so beautiful! They cleaned up every bit of dust and debris, and took it all away. This company has the best service, and their people are the nicest, most professional team imaginable. I highly recommend this company. If I ever decide to replace more windows, I'm calling Brothers.

Doors are custom made, so it takes a little longer to get. But when they got here to install, it fit like a glove, with very few adjustments to the existing carpentry. Ryan, the technician was very professional, neat, clean and very capable.

THE PROJECT IS NOT COMPLETE. THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING THE WINDOWS I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE PRESENTATION AND FELT THE COMPANY WAS RELIABLE. I HAD TWO OTHER ESTIMATES AND FELT PRESSERED, BECAUSE I WAS A WOMAN. BROTHERS WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.THEY PRESENTED THE ESTIMATE WITH FORMS THAT WERE COMPLETE AND NOT JUST A PIECE OF PAPER WITH FIGURES. THANK YOU.
