The owner, Connor is thoughtful and observant, pointing out areas where the rodents could be getting in, taking videos of their trails in the attic, alerting us to the oven vent not being hooked up, and coming back and connecting it! Iâ ve never had a pest or bug problem but when I realized I may have been under attack Brilliant Pest Solutions came to my rescue. Conner responded promptly and even worked around his schedule to come out and take a look. Conner was personable, punctual, communicative and reasonably priced. He uses pet/family friendly â pesticidesâ , so I didnâ t have to worry about the dog. He followed up with phone calls and 2 repeat visits just to make sure the problem was solved. Connor with Brilliant Pest Solutions is the BEST service professional Iâ ve ever hired. We recently heard scratching in our ceiling and searched online for a pest company. We were worried about our insulation and PEX water pipes being damaged. Brilliant came highly recommended from a friend. The owner Connor came out the same day and thoroughly inspected our attic and gave us an affordable bid to seal up the gaps and openings. Turns out they were roof rats. He closed off the entry points, removed a few rats, and cleaned up the mess they had made. We also use him for our bi-monthly pest service, since we get spiders and the occasional ants. Havenâ t seen anything since. Plus he uses safe products that are pet and child-friendly. He listens and you can tell he really cares, and is quick to respond to my text messages if I ever have questions. We have never experienced this degree of professionalism and care from any company.
