+ -1 moreI have decided to hire this contractor, but we haven't agreed on a date for them to do the work. I expect it will be completed within the next week or two. These people have been very responsive and professional and their process as described sounds very good. There price was very good, only half of what the first bidder wanted! I'm looking forward to seeing the work they do. I will complete my review at that time.

+ -1 moreI have a rental home in Sacramento. And it's been difficult to keep up with the lawn, so I decided to switch to artificial turf. After getting a few estimates, we went with Fenix. I liked the look of the turf, and the price was good. The rep was able to give me an estimate the day after I called. He explained how everything works. The installers came just a week later, and the crew did a great job. I was very happy with the job.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience was very good. Adam, the estimator, made some suggestions about what could be done, and gave us an estimate with several options. The installation crew was professional and polite. They did a great job, and cleaned up afterward. The only problem we had was getting the specific turf that we wanted. The original estimate was made assuming one of their less expensive turfs. After looking at several jobs that they had done, we selected a different turf, Diamond Supreme Spring, and informed Adam. When we received the revised estimate, it listed Diamond Supreme Fescue. We called Adam, and he said that he would take care of getting it changed. On the first day of installation, I asked what turf the work order showed, and it still showed Fescue. On the second day of installation, which was when the turf was to be put down, they had two rolls of turf. One was correct, but the other was not. They were able to get a correct roll, and complete the installation that day. So, be sure you are getting the correct turf.
