Rick was punctual and dependable in creating a plan that worked for my clients. He showed up on time and was easy to work with. He responded promptly to calls and voicemails and was very accommodating to my clients needs. He even set up a meeting for us to see some of his completed cabinetry work in a home in Sacramento, which I was VERY impressed with. While my clients decided to go a different direction with the bathroom, and Rick did not do the remodel, I would highly recommend Aristocrat because of the high level of service I received, his quality of work and how easy it was to communicate with him.

Very responsive to special needs and creative in his ideas about implementing our needs. Only problem was the low priority our job had during the building of our units. There was considerable delay in favor of a major kitchen remodel job he was involved in (we agreed -reluctantly - to his informing us of the delay). All in all, happy with the outcome and would use him again.

Very pleased with the experience and with his professionalism - a real craftsman. Will not hesitate to recommend him to any friends or acquaintances who need custom cabinetry.

ARISTOCRAT CABINET SHOP was very responsive to our requests, changes to the design, updates, and subsequent special orders for additional items. They delivered the bathroom vanities on the two different dates that we specified in advance. They were very professional and courteous.
