Wonderful. We had a different garage door company come out a few days ago for a tune up. During that visit the technician said we needed to replace the springs since they different (cost $297). He was supposed to come out a few days later to perform the service. Never showed or left a message for the appointment. So I called Alex to replace the springs. When he arrived he said the springs did not need to be replaced just adjusted. He said the other service was only looking to make a sale. Our garage door works like a charm! Thank you Alex for being professional and honest.

Alex just completed repairs and tune-ups for my mom's and my own house. Scheduling over the phone was easy and he communicated his ETA when coming over. He troubleshooted and repaired the sensor along with tune-ups at my mom's house. The plan was for him to go over to my house afterwards. I was running late returning home by 15-20 min and he was very understanding. We appreciated his patience and professionalism. Our garage after the tune-up just hums opening and closing. It was loud and rickety before. Very professional and excellent service. We're definitely adding him as our go-to garage specialist.

Extremely well. Alex is knowledgeable and efficient. Job was posted during the late morning on Memorial Day and Alex called before I had finished filing all of Angie's List forms. He arrived at the job site at 3:00 P.M. and determined what needed to be done and provided an estimate and schedule. On the following day, Tuesday, Alex arrived at the job site at 2:45 P.M. with the replacement panels and completed the work. He added a review and tuneup of the second door and submitted his final billing, was paid and departed by 4:00 P.M. A job well done.

Rate was very reasonable, especially given that he resolved a pretty major issue with my garage door (pieces had broken off in four places due to coming out of alignment) very quickly. Very well. Repair was done today and it works well so far. If I see any issues with the repair, I will try to come back here and report the issue. That said, excellent service and job so far - here are details: a) Alex was responsive when I asked for a quote; multiple phone calls and emails to clarify the quote. b) He provided estimate with alternatives and explained them in terms I could understand. c) Even though it was not in his best interest, he recommended the cheapest alternative and was prepared to complete it when he arrived. The door is repaired, back in business, and working well the few times I have tried it today.
