Technician was friendly and professional. He took the time to really work on the dirtiest parts of my carpet. Estimate time for carpet drying was 10 hours. That was right on point. If you would like a carpet protector put on, ask for that to be added to your quote. I did not do that and had to pay more at the end of the cleaning. I would hire Zerorez again. Thanks.
