Update from these fine folks. They are still calling me. They apparently want to see how many violations the can compile of the FCC Rule 6 CFR 310 Rule Summary The Telemarketing Sales Rule, which requires telemarketers to make specific disclosures of material information; prohibits misrepresentations; sets limits on the times telemarketers may call consumers; prohibits calls to a consumer who has asked not to be called again. I submitted a request through angi.com for flooring from 3 companies. Portland Flooring Company LLC, New Leaf Renovations, and Mark's Floor N More. I get a call 30 minutes later from Ybarra Builders. I decide to not use them because of the aggressiveness and rudeness of their telemarketer. They call me again 30 minutes later. I tell them to never call me again. They call me again 30 minutes after that. I tell them again to not call me again. This goes on once or twice a day for over a week. They have been calling me for 3 weeks claiming every time that it was the first time. They also texted me after one of the interactions without an opt out and referencing the call in which I stated to never call me again. I know this is violating the law and I'm confident that it isn't just me that is getting these calls from them. The calls began on 01/23/23 and the last one was 11:29am today 02/16/23. On Monday 02/14/23 alone, they called me 4 times. This needs to stop.

This is a poorly run operation that will gouge you on pricing if they get a chance. We hired Ybarra Professional to install a sliding door and move some A/C duct work. The initial price was reasonable and their work was acceptable. The problem was with their terrible Project Management and a predatory behavior. All work is through sub-contractors and Ybarra does a terrible job of coordinating them. We had framers showing up before demo was done, installers weeks before parts, and work "finished" without mandatory inspections. Instead of taking responsibility, the PM tried to shift blame to us, the customer. The worst though, was a predatory quote. We discovered that whole-house repiping was needed before the job could complete. Standard pricing for this in my area is $10K. Ybarra claimed our house is "really complicated" and quoted $40K.... then turned on the high pressure sales tactics. In the end, I found an expert repiping firm to do it for $8500. We will never use Ybarra again.
Description of Work: Installed a sliding door, moving some AC ducts, and building a tiled step (from the door onto a back patio). Job included drywall and stucco work, light electrical, and light painting

Keep away from them! after work was done, there was a leak and the project manager came w/the supervisor offering me vynil plank flooring in 2 rooms, 13 steps, living room and covering some water damage on ceiling for $24,000. That said supervisor didn't give a d*** about the problem with the work done and harassed me in my own home. I had to yell at him military style and he left after me saying repeatedly: i'm not interested in anything new. RUN FROM THEM LIKE COVID ON STEROIDS!!!! SUPERVISOR asked me if i had a costco card, if i was over 55 and asked: could u do 250/mo., right? And i was like: i'm not interested in anything new. This type of harassment should be illegal. I live east SFV.

1. Floor tiles: I had small tiles on a mat, the floor was installed and I immediately noted the large gaps between each mat of tiles. When asked to redo it, they tried to only redo half. When I said that wasn't good enough, they finally bought more tile and re-tiled the floor. The second time wasn't much better, and there are random missing tiles around the edge, the black grout wasn't properly mixed and there are white chunks in the grout, as well as carpet fibers and holes all over. 2. Rough in of piping: All the piping was roughed in incorrectly (and redone at least once), so the installation of the tub and free-standing faucet looks terrible and is off center. I have tiles that came up under the faucet because of the poor roughing in. 3. Attention to Detail. There was none! I have 20-30 pics of holes in grout, paint splatter left after they left, they didn't seal the grout as requested, the tub wasn't fully installed and moves, nor does it drain. The shower curtain assembly wasn't installed correctly and it fell within the first week. They scratched up my countertops of my vanity. Additionally, I installed my sink faucet after and pulled a huge clump of grout/concrete from the P-trap.
Description of Work: This was a full master bathroom remodel (sans vanity). I removed shower and tub to put in a clawfoot tub, which required moving plumbing and re-leveling the floor, which is when I brought in Ybarra. New floor tile and tile on the walls around the tub. Included install of shower and tub faucet fixture as well as the shower curtain enclosure and hardware (towel rack, etc), and painting the walls after completion.
