Description of Work: Art proposed designed modifications and implemented work to transformed front space to include large stone patio with seating wall and lights, and concrete walkways front patio to deck. Also added concrete walkway from deck to rear of home. Also extended rock retaining wall to end of front area. Executed modifications ensuring proper drainage. Matched additional retaining wall with stone on home. Art worked directly with me throughout the work and development to make sure changes were acceptable. Art and his team were extremely professional and were very focused on detail. We were very pleased with the results.

Villegas Masonry had done some work in a nearby development that I thought looked great so I contacted the owner to schedule an appointment. Art Villegas was very prompt and on time. Because of the uniqueness of the terrain, over the weeks we brainstormed on how to develop a functional, yet aesthetic retaining wall that would work with the natural surrounding. Once the work began, the Villegas team was prompt and professional. In the end, I would hire Villegas Masonry again for my masonry needs.
