+ -1 moreTook them 5 hours and I had moved all furniture do they could come in and get out quickly. They arrived for their 90 minutes early prio to their scheduled appointment. Wife came along. Not aware that she was part of the crew. Promised to take out ALL MY STAINS. Not the case. Ended up paying more than was quoted over the phone after extensive conversation as to what I had.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 5 rooms and short hallway.

+ -1 moreThe experience went perfect because he was on time and very thorough. The carpets are very clean and fine...like new! The man who came out was very, very pleasant to work with as well. The owner is Mark Castillo.
Description of Work: They came out and spot treated, steam cleaned, resealed the grout, put down some Scotchgard, and did a tile and grout cleaning in my home on my carpets.
