Description of Work: Did back yard with artificial grass, a lot of prep work first 3 days.

Description of Work: Well, The quality of the turf is amazing, however owner came to do estimate, told me that my property he'd like to use in before and after pictures because our property had been laughing stock of the turf world for awhile now? We just bought our property and there was poor quality unprofessional turfing installed. We told him that we had to have certain measure done for our HOA. He drew it up himself, however when it came to actually doing what was drawn up, he didn't follow through on his word and I had to provide his drawing several times and threaten to contact ANgie's list and the contracting license board for not finishing the job he had started, and he didn't do this within the time frame. Luckily his contractor that came to finish the job did an amazing job but the Owner is a total doorknob and provided us with the worst customer service and he was not cheap. He said he was giving us a good deal. I don't really think he did us any favors but his quality of the grass product is amazing and I do love it. If you can find blue rye grass somewhere else I would try just to not have to meet with the owner again, rather deal with the contractors they are better and do the actual work. Thank you Dave for our finishing touches you have made our property look amazing.
