I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for the past two months to obtain a pre-note card to get some idea when my 2011 applications will take place. This is a post card that has the number of applications and the approximate dates that the lawn will be serviced. I have received them in the past. On April 11th, I spoke with Courtney who confirmed that I have 4 applications this year and would mail me a pre-note card. On May 9th, will still no pre-note card nor lawn care application received, I called and spoke with Leslie who told me that she would put me back on the pre-note system and schedule an application ASAP with Chris (the man who does the scheduling). On May 13th, speaking with customer service representative Kathy, I inquired as to why my neighbor received an application that day and I didn't. I live out in the country and couldn't fathom why a service truck would travel all the way out for only one application. Kathy assured me that she would schedule an application for me ASAP (yes, again with Chris). On June 6th at 9am I called and spoke with Courtney again who told me that the pre-note system was discontinued 3-weeks ago and pre-calls to customers were taking their place. She agreed that 'yes, I should have had at least one application by now' and would hand deliver to Chris (yes, again with Chris) my information and request for an application. I also requested that Chris call me so I could speak with him about this issue. Needless to say it's been 31 hours, give or take, and I still haven't heard from Chris (the supposed scheduler). Nor have I receieved a response to my e-mail to TruGreen corporate.

We are pleased with Scotts Lawnservice. They do a great job. We have nice thick green grass. Our lawn looks a lot better than our neighbours’. We would continue to use them in the future.

We had some problem areas and we asked them to address them and they just kind of shined it on. They just wanted to do their regular maintenance. They weren t responsive to areas that we thought they should improve on. There were a couple of spots on our lawn that were in bad shape and we asked them if they could look at what needed to be done. They just wanted to do their regular service and not deal with it. It was obvious that it was a big problem that we said anything.

THEY ALWAYS CALL PRIOR TO THE DAY OF SCHEDULED SPRAYING TO CONFIRM WE WANT THE JOB DONE THAT DAY. WILLING TO RESCHEDULE TREATMENT. TREATMENT IS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND THEY PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS TO HELP GREEN UP OR FILL IN SPOTS IN THE YEAR.

OVERALL WEED REMOVAL AFTER 1 YEAR WAS BASICALLY OKAY. ANT CONTROL WAS VERY GOOD AFTER 4 TREATMENTS AND AERIATION TREATMENT WAS OKAY BUT NOT GREAT. TREATMENT IS EXPENSIVE BUT OVERALL WAS SATISFIED.

THEY'RE GOOD FOR ALL THE THINGS I SAID BEFORE THAT WERE AN A. WE'VE HAD THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND THEY'RE USUALLY THE SAME PEOPLE WHO COME OUT. WE HAVE TWO DOGS AND THEY'RE VERY CONCERNED AND CAUTIOUS ABOUT THAT, SO IT WORKS OUT VERY NICELY.

GENERALLY IT'S BEEN FINE. WE GET THE SERVICES THAT WE ASK FOR. I WOULDN'T SAY THAT WE GET A DEAL ON THE PRICE, BUT WE GET WHAT WE PAY FOR. IT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF THEIR ANSWERS ARE TEXTBOOK. THEY DON'T REALLY PERSONALIZE IT. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH MY LAWN AND NOT WITH LAWNS IN GENERAL.

WHENEVER I CALLED THEM, THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM, AND THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. THEY SENT GUYS OUT HERE TO CHECK ON SOME QUESTIONS I HAD. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO COME AND SPRAY, THEY WERE HERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.

THEY'RE GOOD. THEY COME AND DO IT. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD. IT'S FAST. THEY ALWAYS CALL BEFORE THEY COME. THEY SPRAY SOMETHING ON MY LAWN THAT KEEPS IT GREEN YEAR LONG. IT MAKES IT HEALTHY.

THE LAWN DID NOT RESPOND TO THE TREATMENT THE WAY I HAD HOPED. PARTS OF THE LAWN DIED OUT. THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T ANTICIPATE THAT IT WOULD DAMAGE THE LAWN.

THEY ARE OKAY. I WOULDN'T CALL THEM EXCELLENT BUT I WOULDN'T CALL THEM BAD OR TERRIBLE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR FOUR YEARS. IF THIS ONE PERSON COMES OUT, IT'S EXCELLENT. THAT'S WHY I REQUEST HIM. HIS NAME IS GINO. IF IT'S SOMEONE ELSE, IT'S NO GOOD.

OVERALL IN THE PAST ON THE LAWN THEY HAVE BEEN FINE. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS, BUT IT S THE FACT ON THE INSECT DISEASE CONTROL. THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO DO THIS, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AND THEY CHARGED ME SIXTY BUCKS.

THEY KEEP MY LAWN GREEN AND FREE OF WEEDS. THEY COME OUT WHEN I ASK THEM TO. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH CHEMLAWN AT ALL. I HAVE TO GIVE THEM AN A RATING ALL AROUND.

THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE WORK THEY DID SPRAYING THE LAWN, MAINTAINING THE BUGS, WEEDS, AND KEEPING IT GREEN, SO I QUIT USING THEIR SERVICES.

I THOUGHT THEY COST MORE THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. I THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE SEEN MORE IMPROVEMENTS. I WAS HOPING IT WOULD, BUT IT LOOKED ABOUT THE SAME. THEY WERE PROBABLY GREAT ON AN ESTABLISHED LAWN BUT ON MY VOLUNTEER LAWN, I DIDN'T SEE MUCH IMPROVEMENT.

I LIKED THEM AT FIRST BECAUSE THEY GOT RID OF THE WEEDS, BUT THEY WOULD FERTILIZE THE GRASS THAT I DIDN'T LIKE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD JUST USE WEEDKILLER BECAUSE ST. AUGUSTINE GRASS WAS JUST GOING BERSERK, BUT THEY SAID THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WAS JUST APPLY THE WEEDKILLER AND LAWN CARE. THEY DIDN'T JUST HAVE THE RIGHT WEEDKILLER.

IT WAS GOOD, THEY WERE FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ALSO ON TIME, THEY ANSWERED PHONE CALLS AND DIDN'T LEAVE US ON THE PHONE. THEY GOT THERE QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEIR TREATMENT IS GOOD AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. IF WE HAD A PROBLEM THAT NEEDED TO BE TREATED, THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT THAT DAY TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM.

THIS SERVICE HELPED OUR TREES AND LAWN GROW GREENER AND MADE IT STONGER AND HEALTHIER. THE BROWN SPOTS ON OUR LAWN DISAPPEARED. THE COMPANY WAS TRUE TO THEIR WORD.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH THE TRUEGREEN CHEMLAWN SERVICE. THEY HAVE DELIVERED ON THEIR COMMITMENTS AND PROMISES. MY LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER SINCE I HAVE OWNED MY HOME. THE GRASS IS STARTING TO GET GREEN AND THICK.
