It went better than I expected. She even kept an eye on the market in case something better showed up! Now that is an agent.
Description of Work: Sue found me the perfect house in this strange market. Many houses are short sales and bank owned. She was able to find me houses and more importantly, was able to get "me" the house. She must have a sixth sense on how to make the offers or something. I got a $320,000 house for $275,000. Plus she was able to get me a great inspector so I have "no " surprises when I move in. She is great!!!
