+ -1 moreAt the time of the service, everthing went well. Now a few years down the line and I need to use my warranty, they are completely ignoring me. Tehy won't return my calls or give me any answer. The worst thing to get from a company is the cold shoulder. They should not offer a warranty if they are not going to fulfill it.
Description of Work: I had this company install blinds and shutters to 90% of the windows in my house back in 2003. At the time I was told that the blinds/shutters came with lifetime warranty. Recently the pulley to one of the blinds broke so I called the company to have them replace it. I called them over two weeks ago, at the time they told me that they would have to call me back because they had to find my contract through their archives, since then I've called them four times and left messages and they have not responded to any of my calls. It seems to me that once they found out that I was calling for warranty service they didn't want to deal with me any more. They are being very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for blinds that came with a warranty.

+ -1 moreINITIALLY THE SALES GUY WAS FANTASTIC. THE ACTUAL INSTALLERS STOOD US UP TWICE. THEY MADE MISTAKES ON SIZES. THE HORIZONTAL BLINDS WORK GREAT, BUT THE VERTICAL BLINDS BREAK VERY EASILY. THE WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE BUT IT IS HARD TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT FOR THE REPAIRS. OVERALL THE PRICE WAS GREAT BUT THE QUALITY IS POOR. INSTALLATION WAS DIFFICULT.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CONSULTED WITH US ON WHAT TYPE OF BLINDS WOULD BEST SUIT OUR DECOR. THE INSTALLED ALL THE BLINDS.
