The job was completed to my satisfaction. The workers were very, very good at the job they did. They were knowledgeable and competent. “The Cabinet Lady” was very helpful and did an excellent job with design layout options as well as advice on appliances, fixtures, etc. I would use them all again, no question!!

OMG! Elana and her crew are amazing! I really appreciate the timely communication. She asked great questions about what we wanted that helped guide us through the process. Her experience with different cabinet designs, materials, and timelines made our kitchen more than we could have imagined. Elana accompanied us to different material stores so we could choose our flooring, tile, and countertop. She helped organize our choices and was able to clearly state the pros and cons of the possibilities. At our 1st meeting she took measurements, showed us cabinet and counter top samples, discussed what we wanted, and returned with a layout and wall drawings. Her awareness of our needs led to some innovative design ideas that have proved to be just what we needed. Did I mention the installers? They were kind, professional, and immaculate. Most importantly, they took great pride in their work and spent time on details. We were so fortunate to work with The Cabinet Lady.

Elana completed a kitchen remodel that included new cabinets, counters, sinks, and backsplashes. In addition she added storage cabinets in the dining area and new cabinets, sinks and countertops in the bathrooms. Everything turned out amazingly and all of the various crews were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend her services and will probably have her add an upstairs bathroom in the near future.

It was a very unfortunate experience. I was pleased with the kitchen work HOWEVER when it came to the bathroom remodeling things went into a different direction. Elana informed me I had enough granite left over to do 2 of my bathrooms. I told her I was not ready but would contact her when I was ready and it would be a while and she said that was fine. I finally did call her out to do an estimate and of course told her I want to use the left over granite and she laughed in my face and staid it was gone. I was shocked by this response but thought perhaps this kind of thing happens and asked her if she was going to cover the granite for the 2 bathrooms and she said no I would need to get new granite. She never reached out to me one time to inform me she could no longer store the granite or to come pick it up or to ask me if she could buy it from me. She just took it. Looking back I have always felt that it was at that moment she had the opportunity to redeem her credibility by chalking it up to a misunderstanding and could have offered to cover the granite for the bathrooms and I was ready to do all 3 of my bathrooms and some other work. instead she came across to me that it was my fault for waiting too long. I had no one to complain to because she is an independent contractor. However I am getting ready to do some more remodeling and came across her photo and thought I should at least share my experience for others to learn from my experience because it was ashamed that happened. So take what you want from this but this is what happened to me and BE CAREFUL.

it went GREAT! Elana was super helpful from start to finish. she provided a lot of info and great customer service throughout the entire process and also gave me a ton of knowledgeable design recommendations. i'd 100% hire her again.

We have used The Cabinet Lady on 2 kitchen remodels. Elana and her team are very knowledgeable and the quality of work is excellent!

We are very happy with work that was done. Alana has several different contractors that each do a different part of the tear down and installation. All were very professional and easy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is outstanding and it looks beautiful. It cost a lot more than we had planned, but I guess you get what you pay for.

On time and within budget for the project very satisfied with work and workers.

Elana, The Cabinet Lady, is a genuine and warm-hearted person that really understands how to manage these projects. She is very open to customer ideas and is quite good at predicting cost. She also has enough experience and knowledge to guide you away from ideas that are not so good. The crews she managed for our project were very skilled and friendly. Their workmanship and communication were excellent. Everyone involved initiated conversations about details that emerged during construction out of consideration to meet our particular tastes. She contacted us the same week to make an appointment.. I explained over the phone what we were looking for, she told us that they handle everything cabinets, countertops and sinks. I let her know that we just wanted our countertops done and wanted to see what that would look like on the computer. We also mentioned that we wanted some of her design ideas. She measured and showed us some samples that were in her car. We had to bring samples out of her car and it was a chilly and windy day. I would of liked to see the samples inside were the kitchen was. After she measured and explained what the differences were she asked us if we had any further questions. We asked her when were we going to get our 3D rendering view on the computer. She said that there would be nothing to show because what we would pick for the counters wouldn't be the exact color. She also said that we didn't buy cabinets so there wasn't anything that she could show us on the computer. I went back an forth with her saying I wanted to see what a backsplash would look like in different colors and heights. She then went over to the wall and put her hands out at different points on the wall saying this is what it would look like at this height and moved her hands and repeated this is what it would look like at this height. She sent us an email with some cost info in a paragraph form. We stated at the beginning of the initial conversation that we didn't want the cabinets done. We could have saved ourselves 49.00 and got Lowes or someone out of the Pennysaver to give us a quote. She needed to let us know she wasn't able to give us a computer 3D rendering of what this would look like. We need a refund, and this was my first experience, I will give this site another try even after this experience.

Elana was very knowledgeable and professional. We wanted to deal with just one company that could do it all, kitchen, bath and the master closet. Doesn't do closets. We were not completely sold on the cabinets, we wanted cabinets without the hardware.

Elana took care of all the details, from design to installation. Excellent!

Elana, the Cabinet Lady herself, is very professional and knowledgeable. Being our first remodel/renovation, she was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions and concerns. She even took me down personally to the granite warehouse and helped me pick out the granite used for my countertops. The contract workers were all VERY professional and polite! They cleaned up after each days work. If something needed an additional and quot;touch-upand quot; they were very diligent in getting it done. They all worked hard each day and did not waste anytime. They communicated what their plans were each day and were on time in arriving when they said they would. I HIGHLY recommend the Cabinet Lady and her team!

I think the provider would have been fine, but I need a bathroom remodeled and The Cabinet Lady only does kitchens

I had to get a refund because the Deal didn't exactly cover what I needed done. However, she was very prompt, timely, and gracious in reaching out to me.

She was very knowledgeable and personable, but we were not completely sold on the cabinets. We're pricing around with other providers for the final project. The actual design was OK, but I was hoping for a little more.

We met with her for a total kitchen remodel. We went with her because she had excellent pricing. They have been working on the remodel for about two weeks. Thus far I am very pleased with the service. We should be finished by the end of this week, we are just waiting on the hardware to be installed. The folks she used for installers were first rate.

Overall, kitchen remodel went well. If there were any and quot;glitchesand quot;, they were resolved as soon as possible. Elana always answered her phone when called and always resolved any problems that arose. When we decided, after the plywood base was installed for the granite, that we wanted to add a few inches to the counter, there was no problem with making the changes. Elana is very fliexible and wants to please.

Great, no issues. It was a very smooth process.
