Matthew arrived at appointed time a I asked for early appointment. Looked at system telling me this particular system no longer existed, but he could repair it, but also gave me options as I had asked. I was leaving the area so arranged to have repair done though I was not home. Repair done quickly. The entire experience was remarkably easy and pleasant. This is the 2nd time I have used them. I will use them in the future to replace my antiquated system. I recommend them with no hesitation

Everything went as planned. Matt and Jim were very friendly and knowledgeable. Matt was also very informed about city codes and the permitting process and handled all that as well. When the city initially denied our original configuration, Matt came up with an alternative plan that worked for us and the city. Matt made sure the project was completed in 2011 so that we received the federal tax credit.. He agreed to wait three months for our final payment so that we could receive the city rebate prior to final payment. In 2014 our system blew a fuse. Matt came out on a national holiday, replaced the fuse, and taught my husband how to perform this task should it happen again. As I recall, we had two other bids for the solar panels. I believe Tenco was the middle bid. We felt that Matt and Jim were more knowledgeable about their product than the other reps and so picked them. The cost above is before our federal and city rebates. After rebates, the net cost to us was $10,300. A GREAT COMPANY!

I wanted to get estimates for attic insulation and because of angie's list reviews I contacted tenco in riverside , ca.the gentleman who came over totally wasted my time.i did not want to hear his personal history,i just wanted to get an estimate for the work I needed done.at one point I felt like I was in negotiations for a used car.the price went down $3800 by the time he left.i felt like I was being ripped off if the price would differentiate that much.when I contact a contractor I just want the price for the work,i don't really want a negotiation.just from my encounter with this salesperson I would never deal with this company even though the product seems to be of high quality.
