When I called Cliff on the phone to inquire about his services he started yelling at me. This should have been my first warning to move on. We agreed on a price. He called once to reschedule, that was fine. The day of the job, he arrived at my house 3 hours late. He started working and then he said we have a problem. He wanted more money so I offered an extra $200. He went back to work. Then he again stated we have a problem. I offered another $200 to keep him happy and working. The whole time he yelled at me and was very disrespectful. I think I must have been a little intimidated by him. The attic was supposed to be cleaned out of all existing insulation. This didn't happen. He left a significant amount of insulation despite me continually asking him to complete the clean up. Over the phone he promised to seal around openings with foam sealant. When I reminded him to do it he yelled at me again, complaining about the deal he was giving me. The whole time I kept my cool and didn't engage him. There were other things he promised that he didn't deliver on. He will promise you the moon over the phone. In short stay away from this guy.
