Description of Work: Encountered initially at a home show and placed order on 3/1/15. Was told the order would be delivered in 6 weeks. By 6/1/15, and several missed deadlines later, the company stopped receiving my calls and my request for a refund of my deposit was ignored. I finally called my credit card company and filed a grievance. They ultimately refunded my $1600 deposit.
