Wonderful! Robert was timely and courteous as well as informative. He checked out the house and garage. We were so pleased to find that we had no termites! How nice it is to have an honest company to call!

This was the worst experience with a vendor. Not only were the bed bugs gone but so were several of my personal belongings. I am very disappointed with their response to our situation and although I used them another time before without a problem I will never use their services again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about what happened to us. Our house was burglarized sometime between 500 p.m. On Sunday and 800 a.m. On Monday morning. There were no signs of forced entry, no broken windows, no broken doors, their lock box was in tact with my keys inside etc. my house was not ransacked only specific items from my bedroom were taken and nothing else was disturbed. When we called structural it took the supervisor Harry more than a week to call us and they haven't picked up their key lock box. Harry and his crew should be ashamed of what happened and the way they have treated us. I understand that this is a risk of tenting your house that someone can break-in but if there is no forced entry I find it hard to call it a and quot;break inand quot;. Did they forget to lock my house? If that's the case should they not be responsible for what happened? If they locked the house how did anybody gain access without breaking an entry way? Questions they can't answer. Buyer beware!

Mike checked everything out - told me what needed to be done. Scheduled a date. Shaun and Juan came out, did the work, explained things to me. They were in and out. They were nice, neat and clean.

Good customer service! Prompt reply to my request message and set up an appointment right away. Technician came on time, appreciate he took time to explain how they treat subterranean termites. We have not given them the job yet, will take care of that later.

The gentleman that arrived did the inspection. Noted the bugs I had tapped saved were not a threat nor could he find any issues with an infestation. When I asked how much I owed for the service call he replied that there was no charge and to have a nice day. Wow! Great customer service!

Removed a rat from the attic and inspected access points for rat egress. This include walking the outside of the house and on the roof. Inspected attic for signs of additional rat population. James was very professional and spent the required time to make recommendations. Very good same day service. We will use them from now on for all of our pest issues.

What I like about them is they call the day before because I have two dogs. They give me a time frame when they'll coming, like between 8 and 10 or 10 and 2. That way I can put the dogs up if I have to leave so they can get into the backyard. They're always very good about calling. I don't think I ever missed a phone call from them. They're good people. This is the time of the year where the ants are coming out so, if they come out in the quarterly and they do the treatment, then if you noticed that the ants or spiders are coming back, you just call them and they come back out with no charge and take care the problem. They're out usually two days after the phone call. Their price is competitive but their quality of work is better.

Technician arrived on time and completed job in about 2 hours. Was very careful to cover rugs, and did a very professional job. Work completed about 6 months ago, and no sign of termites yet. Would recommend.

we found a few termites in the house that had wingslooked on the list for termite service and decided on Structural Termite and Pest Controlcalled and inspector came and gave recomendation and they could do the work the following MondayTechnician was here on time and finished about noon.

They're not special, but they do not lack. They do extra things that I don't ask of them. They are very nice. The tech that comes takes good care of me.

They were pretty timely but we had to call them back out because they missed something that they had found on the inspection so they had to come back to do it.

Overall, I think they've done good work. They're very good about notifying us when they'll be by before a technician arrives. I think they are well ran company.

He told us we did not have subterranean termites in an area we had already been told we did. We said we would be contacting a few other companies about this and he said thats OK because they are too busy and they do not care if they get our business or not. We just thought this was rude.

They are careful to put the poisons as we have two pets. They usually call before coming o make sure it's convenient and there are traps in the garage. They come and check if there are rats in there. They are pretty good. I don't feel strongly about them but I won't say they are bad. They haven't pushed any services on us. I would use them in the future.

After being unhappy using the "name brand" pest control companies over the years, when we had a recent ant invasion we decided to go with a smaller, local company-- largely based on the feedback here on Angie's List. Structural responded very quickly, arrived within 15 minutes of the committed time, immediately put my wife at ease (very important) and got to root of the problem within minutes. Here is what was most impressive: because I was *completely* wrong about what I was "sure" was the problem/type of pest, James (the technician) could have totally taken advantage of us and charged us quite a bit more without any protest from me. Instead, he went beyond what I told him, did a thorough investigation on his own, and was able to deliver a SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive option that had immediate results. In addition, he under promised and over delivered, as the problem cleared up much faster than he told us to expect. He also presented the value of signing up for a regular service, which we did, not only because of the price (about 20% less than we were paying previously) but mostly because of James professionalism, courtesy and expertise.

We had a swarm of agressive bees at our community center. Kids are usually playing around the center, and were at danger. I called Structural Termite and Pest Control, and was given an immediate appointment. They took care of the bees, even though they were in hard to reach areas. The exterminator was professional, friendly, and on-time.

They were really fast and in their work. They were quick. They called the gas company and arranged to get it turned off and on. They had them come and check out the appliances. I really didn’t have to do anything. They had fumigated my house in 1994 when I bought the house. I would give a D on responsiveness because I guess the inspector was busy. It would take several phone calls to get him. I would use them in the future.

It was necessary to remove some articles (plastics and delicate items) from the interior areas being treated. The interior became very hot, so it was necessary for us to go outside, but we did not have to leave the property. When the workmen left at 4:00 PM, we were free to re-enter the home.

This company did a really good job. They came out sprayed the inside and outside of my home. With their work was a 60 day guarantee and the gentleman that came out was just so informative.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB. GUARANTEED THEIR WORK FOR 60 DAYS. ONCE THEY SPRAYED, I DIDN'T SEE SPIDERS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF INSECT. BECAUSE OF THE GOOD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY, I CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN GOOD SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CALL AHEAD TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS AND SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. ALSO, THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT ANIMALS AND ABOUT DOING A DECENT JOB.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY ARE YOUNG MEN, AND THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY CALL WHEN THEY COME, ANNOUNCE WHEN THEY GET HERE, AND TELL ME WHEN THEY LEAVE.
