The job solved the problem which made me happy. One suggestion I would give would be for the technicians to clean up before they leave the job site. They left the lint all over our roof and the yard which we had to clean ourselves.

Great job overall, I do recommend this business.

I was charged for a special pet deodorizer for pet urine. The guys sprayed it over all of the carpet, not just over the problem area. I feel they should have saturated the problem area with this product and spent more time cleaning the problem area. A few spots were not removed in other areas. Otherwise carpets were cleaned good.

Unfortunately some of the stains are still there
