On time friendly and knowledgeable. Used green products that worked very well to remove stains with no chemical odor. Appreciated advice on how to maintain our carpet and tile after cleaning.

Quality: nothing less than expected. Service: inconsiderate of time. Over an 1.5 late. Did not notify of tardiness till after half an hour late. Overall: they got the job done. If you're going to be home all day you won't have an issue. Additional: hired for carpet cleaning on 3 bedrooms. Reasonable pricing.
