All the wall to wall was black and several dog stains too. I fought those stains and grime for 2 years now with my Bissell home cleaner. But they always came back. Before I could hang up the phone and flip a pancake this outfit was at my door with a written bid that was very affordable. I was able to do all the rooms and the stairs. What a great job too! Sooner or later you just have to call in the pros. I gave them a big hug.

I'm not sure if the carpet was supposed to be crunchy after the cleaning but mine was! The service was excellent and the price perfect for what I needed! The men were clean, courteous and professional. I will definitely hire them again. The couch and chair are super clean and smell good. No more dust clouds! Overall, I'd give it five stars except for the crunchy carpet, which could have been the scotch guard they put on, I'm not sure.

Recently my father passed away and I had to clean out his home. The carpet was really horrible due to years of wear, and it needed to be cleaned or just replaced. I was leaning towards replacement and so was the Realtor. Fresh Dry was quick on the response time from call ...to quote ...to actually doing the job! They took the time to explain their process, they showed me their equipment, and made it easy for me to make an "informed" decision. They got that carpet fresh and clean! Amazing!

They streched the carpet and cleaned my carpets very well. He did a very awesome job, this was a rushed job also!!

Our carpet, which was deeply stained and had dirt marks throughout our home, is now soft, fresh and actually looks like the carpet we purchased 4 years ago. I ran the sweeper, as requested by FreshDry, this morning prior to returning the furniture to their usual positions, and there is an overall clean smell all through the three bedrooms, hall, living room and family room.
