the carpet STILL is not cleaned! It looks like it was never cleaned at all! There are still stains that were not cleaned and it now looks worse than before! I expected a lot better, especially talking to them beforehand about what is needed. Three days later and the stairs are still not dry! For $265 I expected my carpet to be cleaned. I would not recommend this company. Not happy at all.

Left some areas where you could still see the dirt. I blame myself for some of this since I did not check their work very well. I was happy they showed up on time. (As opposed to the window cleaner I hired from Home Advisor the previous day that kept my wife waiting around for four hours and never showed up). I would not recommend FreshDry since they were nothing special.

My service was outstanding and my furniture never looked better. Robert and his partner worked quickly and neatly. I thought the price was a good value as well. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and I will call them again.

The best carpet cleaning service we have ever had. Professional, courteous, informative, responsive, and they will be hired again. They cleaned a 3000 sq. ft. home, including stairs, landings, hallway and 3 area rugs. The chem/dry process was great. We also highly recommend the stain guard application. Very professional job and friendly and courteous. Only reason I gave a lower than 5.0 was because carpet took a lot longer to dry than I was told (2 hours - they weren't completely dry until the next day). But I would definitely use them again.
