They were very professional. They explained their cleaning process showed me the video of their work being performed behind my dryer. They showed me how to check the dryer vent , to know when future service will be required. I had my vents cleaned in the past by another company, and I was very disapointed. Good people who did a good job. My carpet had never been professionally cleaned and I was thinking about replacing it with wood. Robert and Jay got the stains out and the carpet looks like new.

I needed our carpets cleaned desperately due to pet sitting a relative's pet that was not house trained for a month and then just the normal traffic use. There were some real difficult stained areas but this carpet team really did a terrific job. Although a little bit more in price than I had previously paid, it was well worth the difference for the extra care in making an old carpet look revived and refreshed. Thank you!

The work the professionals did was amazing. They were on time being here, along with being nice and was able to start and finish at a good pace.

We had a dryer vent clogged. The vent vent made 4 sharp turns under the slab. I was unable to get my tool to make the turns, so I called in the ewrr with b we ttwr tools. They worked over an hour trying every trick they knew...in the end they could not clean it either. They DID NOT CHARGE. Ended up with a friend installing a new vent and finally have theroblem solved.

They were professional, informative and courteous. They completed their work within 45 minutes with excellent results. They removed so much lint build-up (19 years)., it had been a potential fire hazard. They recommended a vent clean-out every 2-3 years. We asked for business cards to hand out to our neighbors as our neighborhood is 25 years old. We plan on calling them back in 3 years.

I was not home at the time but my husband said both Jason and Robert were very nice. I am going to hire them again for my whole house. The carpet is drying well and not real wet at all. Stains are gone even the water damage on carpet quite a bit gone. You would have to crawl on the carpet to see the stains. Well done
