I had them come out to clean my dryer vent. When they did the job they stated my vent was not dirty. Only charged me a service fee and not the cost to clean the vent since it was not dirty. I am a Real Estate Professional and will refer them to my clients. Very nice and professional.

They were very late. We waited for them to arrive then get lunch. We didn't watch them to do the work, but it seems so quick to clean 2 story, over 1000+ sq. ft.. They called us in half hour & said they are done. We rushed back they were sitting in the van waiting for us. After dry in a week, the stains come back. They came back to do the touch up job, but the stains still visible.

The quality of work was excellent and the technicians were professional. Only problem was carpet didn't dry as fast as expected. I would hire them again though because my carpet looked great.
