They arrived at the house at the time promised and proceeded to complete the job as scheduled. When additional items were added by the homeowner, they were very diligent to explain the additional charges and how long it would take to complete. On the appointed day the FreshDry crew arrived about 3 hours late. They did call when they were about an hour from arriving but nothing before. When they arrived it was already dark and I suggested they come back another day during daylight. They assured me that they could work in the minimal light inside my vacant house. After a couple of days when the carpet was dry I could see that the work was not as expected. Against the walls and in the major traffic areas especially. I called the owner Robert and he came out a few days later the handled the matter for me. As with anything in life its how you handle problems that count. So my rating is reflexive the overall experence.

Robert and his associate really know their business. My carpets had not been professionally cleaned for years and they now look like new. What I find refreshing is the customer service demonstrated by this team. Robert called day before appointment to confirm and give me approximate time of arrival (1/2 hour window!). The day of service he called to advise they were on the way and they actually arrived a little early. I am impressed because it was raining like crazy but he planned ahead enough to meet the schedule. Thank you Robert team, you are A+ in my book.

The guys had a flat on the way to my home so things really did not start to well. However, Robert had someone call from their offices and let me know what was happening. So they get there late and I have left but my wife is still there. My concern then is that they will do a "rush" job to make up time. I talk to Robert and he assures me that he will give the work the proper attention and time...he also offers to throw in protectant for free as his way of making up for being late. True to his word, they stay there and take care of things properly. Carpet is clean and I am completely satisfied. These guys are out there taking care of their business the right way. They hustle work , not customers. Will definitely be calling them again.

I booked the job 2 days before Thanksgiving and was glad they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. I also got discounts for being a first time customer. Even though I was not around when the job was done, my family had only good things to say about them.
