If you want to hire someone who is quick to respond to your call, explains the work that needs to be done thoroughly, gets the workers out to fix the problem ASAP, and goes out of their way to be there when the insurance folks show up, these are the guys. Excellent all around.

Very pleased! He gave me a time he was going to be here AND called me the day before to confirm and again the day of service. Polite and friendly and did a great job. Ended up doing my couch and love seat while here. I did get some coupons in the mail and I wasn't offered any discount. The coupon could have saved me a little money. I will follow up on that.... Overall, I will definitely use again and have already referred them to a neighbor that is also going to use them

I called Robert to have my dryer duct cleaned out and he arrived within 45 minutes. He removed all of the lint and a birds nest. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thank you so much, now my new dryer will be more efficient.

I called with a dryer vent blockage problem. Robert and Jason arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. They left the house as clean as when they arrived. They gave good service and offered solutions to an ongoing problem with the dryer venting that our contractor can follow up on. This was a great experience and I plan to use FreshDry again and recommend them highly to my friends and family.

I am not sure where the offsite carpet stuff came from. The two highly knowledgeable guys cleaned 3 upstairs bed. & a stair case with landing. They used a truck mounted unit and protected everything. They pre-cleaned, sanitized, cleaned, and scotch guarded everything. Within hours the carpet was almost dry, not just watered like some companies do. No hidden charges either :).
