I was really happy with the great service and courtesy during the whole process. Robert asked me the right questions to assess what needed to be done - I needed some of our carpets stretched as well as cleaned- and then he was able to set an appointment within a few days of my call. My carpet looks fantastic! Like new- all the stains gone and it feels so clean and soft. Definitely will use them again.

THEY WERE HORRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO CLEAN UP THE STINKY MESS THEY LEFT! THEY LEFT MY LIGHTS ON! THEY PUSHED UP MY BLINDS AN DIDN'T PUT THE BLINDS BACK DOWN! CALLED TO COMPLAIN WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL- WHICH WASN'T SET UP! TEXTED TO COMPLAIN AN WAS TOLD I WAS OVER ACTING! WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!
