The two fellows were professional enough but guess steam cleaning shouldn't have been my first choice. I had several big areas where the carpet really needed a deep cleaning and steam cleaning just didn't do it. He very willingly came back when I called him and he worked on those difficult sports again and it did improve those areas but next time I'll chose another method to clean the heavily soiled carpet. Otherwise, the two fellows were on time and friendly and called a few minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way.

I would like to thank FreshDry for their cleaning services and not only did they get the stains out of the carpet and make it look new again, they were fast and friendly. Its not often you get three great things in for a great deal. Due to the carpets looking new again, I was told that I will get my deposit back from my rental. The two gentlemen that came and cleaned the carpet did a great job, I still can't believe how clean the carpet still is; it looks brand new. They showed up on time quo the price again and did a professional job, I was very please.
