Robert was very prompt in responding to my service magic inquiry. He left messages and even followed up. I called him about 630pm and he still drove to Murrieta from Riverside to steam clean two room. The service is much better than traditional steam cleaners. Even got out a big spot from red wine. I will use FreshDry again, you should as well.

The tenants exiting my rental property hired the "largest carpet cleaning company in the world" to clean the carpet. What a joke. The carpet was just as dirty and stained as when they started. Even after calling them back there was no improvement and they wanted to charge an extra $50 per room for deep cleaning. Not a chance. That's when I solicited Robert from FreshDry to clean the carpet. What sold me was Robert's confidence and the method he uses to really clean and remove soil simultaneously. If you need your carpets cleaned thoroughly, just call Robert. He will be the only company I use when my rentals need the carpet cleaned.

I would recommend fresh dry, LLC to my friends. I got my draperies cleaned and the service guy was very hardworking, friendly, and accommodating. He also did a great job on my tiles so I am thoroughly satisfied with the results :)
