+ -1 moreIT TOOK A WHILE for THE TECHNICIAN TO SCHEDULE Me IN FOR SERVICE, BUT WHEN HE DID FINALLY COME OUT, HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THEN HE WENT ON TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS NEEDED TO CORRECT THE problem, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO SERVICE MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. IT WAS LOW ON FREON SO IT WAS NOT BLOWING COOL AIR.

+ -1 moreSPENCER IS A SMALL COMPANY THAT HAS THE VALUES OF OLD SCHOOL COMPANIES. MY UNIT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, BUT THEY STILL REPLACED IT WITH NO COST TO ME. HIS ORIGINAL INSTALLER WASN'T THE BEST, BUT HE CAME BACK AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF HEATING AND COOLING UNITS. REPLACE ALL VENTS AND COME BACK TO FIX FREON LEEK.
