 + -1 moreThey quoted me $95.00/month for Full Service management with no leasing fees and half off labor rates if I chose to us their construction company for repairs. My property was rented within a month of signing with them and the tenant has been great so far. What little repairs have had to be done on my rental, since it is older, have been done well for a much lower price then other quotes I got. My biggest problem with other property management companies before SoCo was communication. I am the type of owner that likes to know what is going on every now and then and not just get my monthly disbursement. They have been great. The owner, Cliff takes most of my calls and the office staff is great about emailing back quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to enjoy having investment properties again.
