Description of Work: Replaced damage termite siding, painted house, garage, guest house, hay barn, barn, front swing, light post and all trimmings. Everything looks beautiful. I highly recommend Scholz Painting. I am so pleased with the quality of work.

+ 0 moreThe job was performed by the owner and his son. They started everyday around 8:30am and stopped each day around 1:30 to 2:00pm. They finished in about two weeks. Scholz did a nice job painting the exterior of the house and repairing the wood rot on the eve. I would have liked them to clean up the old paint scrapings when they were finished scraping but they waited until the last day to do so. They left paint scrapings all around the house and I am still cleaning them up. The original quote was for labor only at $3360. I thought it was the total price. When the job was done Scholz added $523 for material. I should have asked if the original quote was the total before the job started. I had another quote from another contractor for $3395 COMPLETE. Even for $500 more the house looks great and Scholz did a nice job.
