+ -1 moreThey really did a great job. Really nice guys. They went the extra mile to check everything to try to figure out the problem. I would definitely hire them again. And I would definitely recommend them!
Description of Work: Assessed why fountain was losing water - determined that it was due to splashing, so they adjusted the fountain head so it wouldn't splash to much. They also checked and cleaned out the fountain filter and drained and cleaned out the whole fountain.

+ -1 moreMatthew could not make the original appointment earlier this week. He did call promptly that morning to re-schedule which I appreciated. Matthew and Luis came on time today and quickly assessed the problem. Apparently the pump came loose from it's fittings and got disconnected. They re-connected the pump and serviced the complete fountain, cleaning out accumulated leaves and debris. They got the fountain back in working order and it works even better than before! They even re-directed the water flow to keep the water from spilling over the edges. The fountain works great and it looks wonderful! The job got done in about 1 1/2 hours. Both Matthew and Luis were pleasant to talk with and remained professional through-out. I would definitely call Santi's again for any other fountain issues.
Description of Work: Serviced the back yard fountain that was not operating properly. The pump engine was working but the water was not flowing.

Description of Work: Called Santia's for some fountain repair. Did not hear back for a day, but then they called and came right out and totally cleaned out our fountain and put a new motor in. 2 nice guys. did a great job. It's running great now the entire last week. We love having our fountain back!!
