Todd did an excellent job! He was polite and friendly and got right to work on my dirty windows. They had never been done before, so he had his work cut out for him! This is a family owned business and his mother, Kathy, answers the phone and schedules the appointments. She is super friendly as well and was able to schedule me within a few days of me calling. I will definitely use Royal Pane again. Todd and Kathy are great!

They arrived an hour late however, they got right to it and got the job done. Very professional and very good.

Royal Pane windows did an excellent job in measuring the existing windows and providing me with good advise on replacement windows. When the new windows arrived the company did an excellent job with installation.

I sent an email to Royal Panes, and was contacted by phone the same day. Set an appointment for that same week. I was informed that two men would be sent, one for the inside,and one for the outside. That was indeed the case. They called to advise of approximate arrival time. They performed well, protecting my furnishings, and returning everything to it's proper place. The windows look great.

Our windows hadn't been cleaned in many years. Royal Pane cleaned all our windows and charged a flat rate per window, even though some were very large. They removed the screens, cleaned and replaced (these are old and they had to be very careful). They cleaned both sides of all windows, including going those accessible only from the roof. They were friendly and knowledgeable and completed the work in time for us to get to work. Thank you.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job inside and out. It took a two man crew approximately four hours. They were very professional. No surprises, the bill was exactly what was quoted. I will use them again.

OVERALL I HAVE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH ROYAL PYANE. I HAVE HAD THEM TO MY HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES TO CLEAN MY WINDOW. AS PART OF THEIR SERVICE, THEY VACUUM AND CLEAN THE WINDOW TRACKS AS WELL. THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED FIRM AND ARE VERY PLEASANT. THEY ARE HOWEVER NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT ARE H THE EXTRA MONEY.

THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY NICE AND ASK IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE. THERE ARE NO SPOTS ON THE WINDOWS NOW. I HAD CALCIUM BUILD UP FROM MY SPRINKLERS AND THEY GOT IT ALL OUT.
