+ -1 moreI called back on 9/22/14 since I didn't receive a phone call last week. The lady who answered said someone will call me back when they get more calls from my area, which should be later this week. She asked me if that was okay? I said, no, there are other companies out there I can call. She said, okay, and we both hung up. It's a good thing I didn't wait on this company, but she should have let me know their policy the first time I called. I've called other companies and they set me up with an appointment or give me an estimate over the phone. None of these companies told me to wait until they get other calls to my area. I'm in Highland, Ca and the company is in Riverside. I believe if they would have been offered the job it would have been worth their money in gas. I was very disappointed in this company.
Description of Work: Today is 9/22/14 and I made the first call last week to have someone come out and give me an estimate on how much it would cost for a vinyl fence for a residential area. No call back was received.

+ -1 moreWorkmen started about 8 AM taking down old fence, then proceded in the order I have described. The old fencing they took with them.
Description of Work: Take down old fence. Put metal posts in concrete. Put Fence supports on posts. Staple cedar fencing on supports. Clean up.

+ -1 moreWhen they came they knew exactally what to do. It was a no BS meeting where they gave the best price and the best quality for a very reasonable price. They were able to schedule it pretty quickly and they got it done in no time. The employees looked like well oiled machines that knew exactally what to do and get it done quickly. Once they were done, everyone was very impressed. They did an excellent job and we could not be happier!
Description of Work: Replaced chain link fence in two locations. One was from a fire and another was from a drunk hitting our fence.

Description of Work: There was no work performed. I just wanted to let someone know that I called twice to see if someone could come and give me an estimate on replacing my fence. After 1 week these calls were no returned. The price was never given because phone call was not returned. In order to complete this form I needed to enter something so the $1.01 was entered.
