Damaged nearby trees and plants. Had to have them back twice to finish the stump grinding. They did not properly grind the stumps the first time and when asked to come back and finish the job it took several calls to get them back. They left most of the mess for me to clean up.

The owner responded quickly to my interest in a quote and made arrangements to come look at the trees to give his evaluation of what needed to be done. He was on time and seemed very knowledgable. We discussed what needed to be done and how much it would cost. After consulting a couple other services, I called and asked Roseberry to come take care of our trees. An appt. was made to have them come between 7:30-8 a.m. on Nov. 1. I called around 8:30 a.m. to find out if they were coming and was told they were finishing up a job they'd started the day before and would be at the house by 10 a.m. At noon, I called again and was told the crew had left an hour before and he'd find out where they were. They showed up soon after. They said they'd been told what needed to be done, but wanted me to show them, which I did. I let them get to work and went inside to get some work of my own done. About 1/2 hour later I came out to see how they were doing and found they'd just about cut every limb off our apricot tree. The tangelo was almost as bad. I asked the trimmer to please not be so aggressive with the rest of the trees. The rest of the trees look nice. I wish I'd kept a better watch on what they were doing. They cleaned up nicely. They were pleasant men and worked well. I'm anxious to see what the owner says when he comes to see how the work was done.

Roseberry Tree Service were reasonable, prompt, did a good job, did good clean-up and they were just very nice to work with. They weren't the cheapest but they were good. Our neighbor across the street went ahead and have them too. I would recommend them.

Albert Flores and his crew came in and did a very good job. He initially explained what he was going to do and why. Trimming it back to a certain point. Clean up was good.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Roseberry Tree Service. This is a family owned business which has been in the area since 1952. The team arrived at 7:30am (as previously arranged) and got right to work. There were enough workers to make the work go quickly and efficiently. The equipment is up to date and well maintained. I had no idea how long a job like this would take and so had blocked out the whole morning for it. They were completely done, including cleanup, in an hour and a half !! The owner was right there and worked with the crew. The price was reasonable (I got estimates) and I even got a mini-lesson on how to make the new tree thrive. If you have tree work to be done call these guys, you won't be sorry.
