Wonderful! I set up the appointments with Marissa and ended up calling her multiple times with many questions and she was so patient, understanding, and helpful. Peter was the Technician who came out and serviced my units. He was prompt, courteous and again, very patient at answering my questions. It was a wonderful experience to deal with such professional personnel! I am definetly calling this company next year when we are planning to upgrade our A/C system. Their price for the service was excellent thru Angie's List.

Mathew did a great job of cleaning the dryer vent. He pulled out the dryer from a tight space and took off the hose and cleaned out the back of the dryer and the tube from the wall to the outlet from the house. It makes a tight L inside the walls of the house, where the lint clogs the line. Mathew cleaned that all out. The dryer temperature is much more even now.

Scott was my tech who came out and fix my air conditioner circuit board that got fried. He was very professional and educated me on the options I had on fixing the issue. I would recommend their service. We are very happy with the service he provided.

Phone rep said we needed to have a credit card on file before they would go to diagnose problem. When I told her I couldn't do provide one, she said then they couldn't do the job and hung up on me, as I was trying to suggest paying by check. Or, what if the tenant was paying? We didn't even get to discuss anything past the 10-second abruptly ended conversation. When business is good, you should be even more grateful. These people clearly are not.

I ORDERED A GENUINE DIRECT REPLACEMENT FAN FOR MYAC UNIT AND PAID OVER $200.00. WHEN THE PARTS ARRIVED THEY WERE NOT THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL AND NOT A DIRECT REPLACEMENT. THEY WERE CHEAP KNOCK OFF PARTS THAT WERE MADE IN CHINA, NOT CORRECT AND NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MY AC SYSTEM. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER THERESA AT RGM HVAC AND SHE WOULD NOT ADMIT TO THE MISTAKE EVEN THOUGH THE BOX CLEARLY STATED IT WAS NOT RECOMENDED FOR MY AC AND IT WAS CLEARLY OBVIOUS THE PARTS WERE DIFFRENT WHEN YOU LOOKED AT THEM. RGM WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THE PART OR EVEN TRY TO HELP WITH A RESOLUTION. THE MANAGER THERESA WANTED TO CHAGE A 65.00 SERVICE FEE JUST TO SPEAK TO A TECHNICIAN OVER THE PHONE TO VERIFY THET PART WAS NOT CORRECT. RGM HVAC DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICE THEY SELL.

My installer Adrian Morales did an awesome job, he walked us through everything he was doing they were prompt, efficient and even cleaned everything up after vacuuming to make sure they did not leave anything. We were very happy with his service and would highly recommend him especially for a large job like this. We can now enjoy our home all over again with our new AC and furnace. Phone staff was professional in scheduling and verifying my appointment. I received both and email and phone call confirming that the tech, Peter, was on the way. Peter was professional in his demeanor. He p[erformed a variety of tests to ensure that the HVAC was functioning & cooling properly. Cleaned the system. He explained to me the work he did. He answered all my questions. He informed me that my HVAC was performing well, but also made me aware of potential issues that could come up in the next several years as my HVAC becomes a teenager. I was supposed to receive an email of all test results which I did not. When I called them regarding that they apologized and re-sent the email with the test results which I did receive. The whole process took an hour. I paid $69 for the work. I have noticed that if I had done the work in the off-season, I probably could have had the work done for $49.

This company was prompt , professional and also did other's things that we did not ask them to do. I was really impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

They were friendly, on time, and clean. They thoroughly explained everything to me. They also offered an additional maintenance package for maintenance every 6 months for a year at an affordable price.

Went well. The tech spent a good deal of time cleaning my dryer vents that were 40 years old and never cleaned. Dryer now dry's loads of towels in no time.

Matt was wonderful, on time, friendly and professional. He worked hard getting the vent cleaned out and he put everything back together nicely. I would recommend him.

They were very prompt and the installation went well. They followed up on phone calls and were very neat and clean. I also had the company do a tune up on another furnace in a rental unit.

It went well. They did their job and were out. I wasn't at home but everything went without a hitch.

They showed up as promised and completed the job in one day. Everything worked well. Communication and receiving estimates and communication with the main office was a little erratic, but they worked everything out.

Technician came 1 hr after from the projected time given to me. Very professional and answered all my questions. Gave me instructions on how to operate the thermostat. The main cause of heater blower not working was the damaged capacitor After installing the new capacitor heater worked perfectly. And he verbally walked me thru what he found on his inspection. The amazing thing was that 2 days later, I received thru email check off list of notchecked/OK/Shud repair/Must repair list together with 8 photos of the blown capacitor during his initial check before removing the capacitor. Over the top work by the technician and even more over the top post work explanation IN DETAIL 2 days later. I will definitely call for Air Conditining check up before summer from RKM Heating and Air Conditioning. I especially appreciated the followup check list because altho the technician had verbally instructed me on what he found during his entire check-up....you know that you cannot absorb all he was saying but the print out completely took care of that problem.

They were not able to provide service "we are sorry to say we don't service your area...please call Angie's list customer service to get a full refund".

Everything was taken care of efficiently and well. We felt that the RKM team provided a high quality service and that they went out of their way to help us and resolve all the issues we had with our system.

The man was very friendly and polite, he was helpful and showed me what the problem was and explained how he was going to fix it. If I had anything to say that was negative, is that he turned on my heater and it came right on, when it would not come on for me; and it seemed he didn't believe me that there was a problem. But he did listen and he found and fixed the issues, it works great now.

The tech meet with the tenant. Performed the diagnosis and called me to tell me that he needed to charge $155.00. It included cleaning the flame sensor. The tech didn't replace the filter. As most consumer don't know. The first thing that you replace is the filters and batteries to the hall way controller. Neither one of those items was suggested or taken care of. They are more interested in selling a new heating unit for $2178. But there's more! That may not take care of the repair. The air conditioner that was bought in 2006 may need to have the coil on top of the unit replaced for another $800.00. But will not know until they install the new heater. I don't understand why do I pay Angies list to get ripped off. This is the second contractor that I used from this list. The other one was expensive, but these guys are just thieves. Not renewing Angies list, going elsewhere.

Matthew the service guy arrived at the allotted time and quickly found the problem and took the time to properly fix it. Very profession and friendly, Installed the new thermostat and took the time to explain how to use it. Will definitely use RKM in the future whenever I need help with the heating system.

They were prompt and completed the job to the best of my knowledge. I liked the fact that they provided me before and after pictures of my unit which was on top of my roof.

Our technician Mike was fantastic. He was delayed at the call prior to ours and was apologetic and did not rush anything. He was thorough and did a great job. RKM Heating & Air earned our repeat business based on this deal through Angie's List and the quality of service provided. Thanks again to Mike and RKM.

Very good. I was wary of using a company I had never heard of or used before. But the technician was very informative and very helpful. Showed up right on time. Great service.
