Nathan was mystified about the wiring of the Sundance spa, and had to research the problem. When provided the detailed diagram of the spa wiring/GFCI switch, he did return and resolve the problem. I was very satisfied, and his prices were very reasonable, especially for my husband and I who are both unemployed and trying to maintain our belongings. Thanks, Nathan
