They are thorough. I like their service. They come once a month. If I could afford for them to come more often, I would. The people are polite. Even though they send different people, I would prefer to have one person that I get used to and can get used to us. I cannot complain. There is nothing to complain about. They put your card on account that you do not have to pay each time. They bill you. I think that is very convenient that they have my information. Since they are based on hours, they let me know where they are, their time beforehand, and I have the choice if I am going to increase the time period or not. I do not have to have cash or check ready when they are here. I usually have a local company come and do my house. Usually, they want cash or take checks, but it seems to me to be more convenient to not have to worry if I had a check or cash when they are here. They do really good work. I have a sterling silver stove and I can never get that thing cleaned. They literally got the whole thing cleaned. I was amazed by that. I took them forever. I will say. They kind of cleaned beyond what I thought was needed. It took a long time, but the result was worth it. The only concern would be that you have to tell them the level of clean so they are going to clean it to their best level and it takes time sometimes. I am on a schedule so they just come.

They came out on time to do the cleaning and it was done very well. It was $175 for the cleaning, though. They tried to get me to do other cleanings and I did not want them. They overcharged me for some services I never received and I am currently in a billing dispute with this company over those charges. I do not recommend using them unless you are willing to pay the price they charge!
