I had first hand observed Rich's work as my Daughter had her Kitchen remodeled, so chosing him was a no brainer. After our initial meeting, he presented us dynamic renderings for our kitchen remodel. After demo, and during initial construction, everything was coming together so seemlessly, we decided to ask for change orders which included, tile floor throughout the house, a new mst. bath onsuite, 1/2 upgrades to our bathrooms, and painting. Rich was not only able to take care of these changes, but do them on time with his original estimate. Rich & Robert worked tireless to make our dreams at remodeling our entire house, without discomforting us while we lived there for the most part. I would just like to start off by saying, I first found out about Riverside Kitchen and Bath from my neighbor who had remolded her house. It looked gorgeous to say the least and ultimately while I was looking to remodel my own kitchen, I chose to go with this company. The process from start to finish was smooth, there was some hiccups, but ones that were fixed immediately upon pointing it out. They did well on telling us the schedule of roughly when things would be done by and what days they’d be working on what. They never continued with anything until they’d updated me first, and I was always in the loop of what was happening. Richard and his men worked diligently and when and if they needed to talk to me, they did so respectfully and kindly, all while maintaining that form of professionalism. At the start of the remodeling we were given a rough estimate of how long everything would take to get done, and it was done in not only a timely manner but also quickly and the remolding was done in only 2 months, compared to the initial estimate of 3 months. Everything from the painting to the fireplace to the island, turned out even better than I could have ever imagined. Overall my experience was a good one, and I would 100% go with this company again in the future.

Rich and his crew did a phenomenal job on our kitchen remodel. We canâ t say enough good about them. The group almost became a second family to us. We were so happy with the workmanship, we hired them back to do the guest bathroom remodel. He also re-did our fireplace hearth to update our tired fireplace. When we would add or delete throughout the remodel, he never seemed to get frustrated. I just wish we had more rooms to remodel. He is very highly recommended.

Rich and his team did an amazing job making our visions come to life! This was our first ever major construction project and we were nervous about the process. But from the start of the project to the end, Rich made everything seem so seamless and the process of remodeling go smoothly. He gave us great design suggestions to help us create the kitchen of our dreams. And he and his team hustled to get us everything we wanted and more in just 6 weeks! The Maintenance Department Team is by far the BEST contracting company I have ever worked with. Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions. During the entire renovation project, Rich demonstrated superior qualities by staying customer-focus, following-through on pending items, and delivering on all tasks (which was no easy job, renovating an entire 1st floor of a home). He continued to keep us updated day-after-day, and night-after-night. It was real assuring to know that we could have a conversation with Rich during any hour of the day (all part of our experience). During our daily walk through, he even saw minor-flaws in certain areas that I did not notice, and proceeded to correct them immediately. Folks, this is an amazing quality for an individual to have, and Rich demonstrated that. Rich is very honest and is a true professional who went above and beyond to get the renovation completed in the time he estimated. I admire Rich for everything he did for me, my wife, and our home. He has great ethics, and will not try to up-sell you on any service or additions that you don’t need. He makes you feel very comfortable by trying to understand your goals, and helping you see the bigger picture. I sincerely appreciate Rich and the Maintenance Department Team for their level of service, commitment, outstanding work, and effort in making our home a great place. Thank you Rich Gardner and team. I was very pleased with the level of communication and attention to any concern I had. Also, Rich was very involved in the whole process. Showed up every day and made sure things were being done as expected. If something didn't turn out as expected, as will happen in construction, he was quick to make it right. I needed him to come back to fix something after the project was done, which he did in a very timely manner and took care of the problem. Big Kudos there. Also really appreciated that he showed up on time every time he said he would be there.
