Technicians came out to inspect the furnace as we noticed a strange sound that we thought was coming from the furnace. Furnace is operating properly. Technicians found the source of the strange sound.

Enrique Ochoa our technician was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He not only explained what he was doing but showed me the pictures of each area he serviced. With the pictures it helped me see the parts that required cleaning per Enrique. He quoted prices for the work and we will be calling Enrique to perform the work in the near future.

I recommend Right Home Services. Except when techican came out on sept 10 to inspect before city was scheduled to come out for final inspection we noticed a smell of gas and called Right Home to have a technician come to check smell. He did notice a loose valve. I did not notice smell as I use an oil diffuser but Thank God my daughters noticed.

When trying to talk to a supervisor or manager about an issues that Iâ  m having customer service always promises a call back by one or the other with no success. My EVAP coil have been leaking for over a year with Rightime failing at two attempts to get it right, each time cracking the EVAP pan that leak out on my ceiling the last time they were out. The ceiling was fixed but the leak still persists. I guess the secondary pan was a back up that is currently filling up with water.

With multiple call centers things can get a bit confused at time but you canâ t beat the quality of the work or the knowledge of the technicians.

I needed a new air conditioner, and I found Rightime Home services through Costco. Dominick arrived at my house was honest and straight forward with my quote. You cannot beat the Costco warranty for this installation. Tyler and Sonny arrived on time with their crew and completed the project in 2 days. They were professional, informative, clean. These gentlemen gutted my original air conditioner and installed a new unit. I would highly recommend this company to do any job at my house.

We got yearly maintenance done on our A.C end furnace. Julian was a great tech who took his and was very thorough.

Jeremy and Landon did an excellent job installing a new gas furnace and Outdoor condenser. As you can see from the pictures they went "over the top" with the install; adding cosmetic elements that weren't functionally required but very much appreciated This install should serve as the "gold standard" for the industry. I would recommend this team along with Dominic who was the consummate sales professional. 5 stars plus for his efforts and timely followup. You can expect a very quality job with the RighTime Home Services team. Take a look at the before and after pictures below. I wasn't able to upload the condenser but they did a beautiful job.

ETA was scheduled between 09:00 and 12:00 I called the company 3 times. The technician finally arrived after 4:00 checked unit and told me the thermostat was bad and the job quote is over 500.00 due to the convenience of them serving me this late in the day. Who doesnâ t know a standard thermostat 50.00 Home Depot. Had to pay service fee 120.00. Told to go buy thermostat and they would come back out charge another service fee plus 99.00 for installation. Horrible experience!
